Accolade Kitchens & Dirty Dick's Fitted Kitchens and Bedrooms

I love my new kitchen from Accolade- it's my second. All staff were great, from discussing the design and delivery. I couldn't fault the installation either. James was a tidy worker, good communication (important as I'm deaf) and the end result is fab.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. Recommend to everyone. Excellent value, well made kitchen. After sales service amazing. They’ve just nipped in to re-align my dishwasher. 15 months after purchase and fitting. Josh, thank you very much.

I can't fault the gentleman in the shop we dealt with initially, nor the one who came out to measure up. Everything was great to start with. Had a few issues along the way. The pelmets and cornices were sent in the wrong colour. The fitters didn't notice until they'd all be cut and placed on the units! So new ones had to be ordered. The new ones arrived, I left the fitters to it. They shouted me to come & look at one of the finished cornices and it was a completely different style and in all honesty it looked ridiculous. I couldn't believe they thought it was OK or why they didn't question it when they saw how different they were to the original ones (albeit in the wrong colour, they were the right style). So we had to start a 3rd time. It was now heading towards Easter, so delays caused by that meant we were upside down for a further week. We got there in the end, but had someone checked them in the first place, the fitters noticed on both occasions, it would have been a lot less stressful! But we are happy with the cupboard doors we chose.

Can't rate the high enough.if I could give 6 stars I would. From going into the showroom to the finished product the experience has been stress and hassle free thanks to the highly skilled team. The kitchen units are excellent quality and the fitters were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I shopped around and Accolade Kitchens came out on top for price and service. The transformation is incredible. Thank you to the team I am delighted with my new kitchen.

Can’t fault Accolade at all. The guy who came out to look at what we wanted doing was friendly and helpful. More than happy with the price quoted. Less than we expected to be fair given the work that we wanted doing. Very happy with the finished result and would not hesitate to use this company again. The fitting has been excellently done by two brothers who I also highly recommend.
