Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KitchenCoCo (kitchencoco.uk). By using the service you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What KitchenCoCo is

KitchenCoCo is a directory and matching platform that helps UK homeowners discover kitchen companies. We don't supply, fit, or warranty kitchens ourselves. Any contract you enter into is directly with the kitchen company.

Using the service as a homeowner

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• You may use the AI concierge, the visual builder, save companies, submit enquiries, and write reviews — all free of charge.
• The AI matches and recommendations are guidance, not professional advice. Always verify information directly with the company before committing.
• Reviews you write must be honest first-hand experiences. We may remove reviews that contain abuse, defamation, or false claims.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of any contact information you submit when enquiring with a company.

Using the service as a kitchen company

• Listings are subject to verification. We may suspend or remove listings that misrepresent their offering, mislabel their manufacturing tier, or receive repeated substantiated complaints.
• The Free, Enhanced (£49/month), and Premium (£149/month) tiers are described on our For Companies page. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled any time from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the billing period.
• Leads are the contact details of homeowners who have actively submitted an enquiry to your company. You agree to respond to leads professionally and to respect the homeowner's contact preferences.
• You may not use lead data for any purpose other than responding to that specific enquiry. No mailing lists, no remarketing, no sharing with third parties.
• You may dispute or remove a review by contacting [email protected] with evidence of inaccuracy.

AI matching disclaimer

Our matching algorithm uses your stated preferences, our review aggregation, and company data to surface relevant options. It's a recommendation engine, not a certification — appearing in match results doesn't imply we've audited the company's work. Always do your own due diligence.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service running and the data accurate, but we provide it “as is”. Where the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law.

Intellectual property

The KitchenCoCo brand, site design, and AI concierge are ours. Company profile content (descriptions, images uploaded by companies) belongs to the respective companies. By submitting a review or uploading an inspiration image, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. On termination we retain data only as long as our privacy policy requires.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
