Had our kitchen designed and installed by Armada back in mid-December. Wanted to have a couple of months use before leaving a review so now is the time. In simple terms, absolutely fantastic! Started exactly when planned, and even finished a few days early, which was key 2 weeks before Christmas. The new kitchen got us through the festive period feeding 12 people with no issues whatsoever! All of the contractors used, from Carlos the fitter (superb by the way and apologies about the tiles!) and the electricians, were simply a pleasure to deal with. No problem was too large for any of them. Encountered a minor design issue after the first day, but after one simple email, it was resolved and rectified in a matter of days, which was no easy task. Communication throughout the entire project was exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Although, I'm hopeful the kitchen may last me long enough that I won't have to. To Jon and the team, thankyou. It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with you.

We are so pleased with our new bathroom. Our old bathroom was dated. Armada bathrooms really brought what we wanted "to life". Derek, who installed the bathroom, was professional, friendly and really ensured everything was perfect and of a high-standard. From start to finish, working with Armada bathrooms felt smooth. Communication was always clear and all staff we dealt with were professional and friendly. We will be recommending Armada bathrooms and kitchens to anyone. When it comes to choosing the correct business for our property, my Wife and I are often meticulous. Our bathroom was dated and in much need of some TLC. After visiting several local business within Plymouth, we found that Armada were the most customer focused. Jon took the time to listen to our needs and ideas. With Jons' experience and knowledge we had formulated a winning plan. During our rebuild we were delighted as to how professional and communicative the team were. As with most projects problems arose, however those problems were dealt with swiftly with minimal delay, and after a quick redesign we were delighted with the end result. Our experience tells that to find such a supportive business that strives to have the customers objectives and thoughts first, is a rare thing to find. Chapeu to Armada for delivering and excelling! Sorry for this long review. When I moved into my house I knew I could not live with the 80s DIY nightmare cupboard sized bathroom. I did some research and Armada did get good reviews. I had some ideas about what I wanted but Jon came over and looked at the bathroom and was honest with me about what wasn't going to work- in the end I agreed with his design idea (take out bath and install a walk in shower). The process ran smoothly and I was lucky to get Derek to do the installation. It took 2 weeks from ripping out the old one to the brand new shiny one I have now. During the refit several minor issues cropped up- (mainly dodgy plumbing) but D was able to find solutions which did not take the original quote any higher. All of the ideas Jon and James suggested have shown to be the right approach- I may have a tiny bathroom but its now stunning and feels much bigger thanks to the design. Derek's work is exemplary, plus he's very polite and respectful (important when a contractor practically moves in with you for 2 weeks) I even forgive his 1970/80s playlist. If you look at the before and after pics they speak for them selves. I would recommend Armada and am very happy with the whole service.
