B-Spoke Kitchens

This was a very mixed experience for us. B-Spoke designed and supplied our new kitchen. From initial contact through to design consultations, payment… everything was exceptional. We were so excited for our new kitchen. However we faced problem after problem during fitting, in fairness all problems were resolved quickly. We had a shortage of flooring, up stands and kick boards. Our oven unit came fully assembled, with the wrong dimensions leading to our joiner having to do a bit of mismatch to make things work. B-Spoke did offer to build another unit from scratch however the joiner had already fitted things and couldn’t wait. As I say, there was a number of issues however these were always dealt with quickly and efficiently… there was just alot of them. Stand out was our experience with Neil, absolutely fantastic gentleman. And massive thank you to Dana who designed us the perfect kitchen utilising every ounce of space.

Delighted with our finished Kitchen from Westfield Kitchens and equally happy with the process from initial enquiry to design, supply and after care. We had quotes from 2/3 of the main suppliers when our fitter suggested we also try Westfield, who he had worked with before, Westfield provided a flexible, bespoke and quality service and product at a competitive price. I was recommended this company by my cousin who had also used them and I am so glad I got my kitchen done with them. The style was exactly what I wanted and there were so many options. I dealt with Neil who was really friendly and personable & gave me loads of advice to try and keep my costs reasonable which is greatly appreciated! I had been quoted by a few other companies for the same style and when I went to Westfield the price for the same style & quality was almost half. Nothing was ever a bother & everything was delivered in just a couple of weeks, so glad I went with them, I love my new kitchen & have already recommended them to friends looking to get theirs done. Absolutely fantastic service from everyone at Westfield Kitchens. From the first conversation with Neil, to the measuring up and designing with Gavin and Renata, to the fantastic fitting team. We cannot thank them enough for transforming our old lifeless kitchen into something we could only have dreamed for! Would not hesitate to recommend this company at all!
