Hi Janice and Paul, just wanted to say we're delighted with our kitchen re-vamp. The colour of the units are just as we'd hoped (blue denim) and match the splash back perfectly. Paul did a fantastic job. Started the job when he said he would and it completed when he said it would. He left our kitchen usable each day and cleared all debris away on completion. From the first time we went into your shop for info we were very impressed. They Designed our kitchen with no pressure to accept BUT we loved the design. Very professional husband and wife team. Told us step by step what needed to be done and done a very good job even in the heat (weather) they have had to work in. Tidied up after and cleared all the rubbish. Couldn’t fault them in anything. We visited the usual suspects for quotes and decided we would also go local. Mostly anticipating it would be over our budget. What a shock we got. Cheaper (taught us a big lesson on high street “sales”). Better quality. Bespoke sizes. But it wasn’t just the price. Janice and Paul were amazing. The design was exactly what I wanted. Paul is an incredible fitter and really cares about his kitchens. I loved dealing with them both. They visited several times to make sure measurements were spot on. They were on hand to talk to plumbers and electricians if we needed them to (we are renovating a whole house). No pressure. They listened and I got exactly what I wanted. We recently had our kitchen completely overhauled by Janice and Paul and love our new bright and well designed space. From start to finish they provided helpful advice and attention to detail, listening to our requirements and fitting in all of the things we needed. We now have a bespoke kitchen which fit around our space. We initially got quotes from some of the bigger retailers, but found their designs and offers lacking the flexibility we wanted from the space for a similar price point. I doubt we would have received the same level of service from elsewhere, with both Paul and Janice always on hand to answer any queries. After discussing a new kitchen with a couple of the large kitchen companies and receiving their design ideas we had been left feeling underwhelmed and with a few concerns. We contacted Bailey Weber for a quote and were pleased to meet both the designer and fitter when discussing our ideas. The design Janice produced made the best use of the space and took into consideration what we wanted to achieve. Janice’s knowledge and advice were invaluable. The fitting of the kitchen went very smoothly and it was very clear that Paul took great pride in his work, producing a high quality finish.
