We purchased a high end shower from this company years ago. It had to be dismantled due to a burst pipe. Contacted Bascs and they still had all original order details and reordered parts from manufacturers. They are delivering to my home address and neither the manufacturer or Bascs are making any charges. Thanks to them and Merlin showers for their help. I would not hesitate to recommend Bascs for their service and quality. Max Sharman

Sam and the team at BASCS have been brilliant with the design and preparation of my grandparents bathroom project. Sam has been approachable, professional and very helpful throughout the whole journey. They were accommodating with time scales. Helped when we had concerns and made the journey as least stressful for my grandparents as possible. The showroom has a wide variety of suites to look at and we’re very helpful with the design process of the bathroom. 100% would recommend, communicated well and we are very happy with the final bathroom finish! Very happy to recommend BASCS, having had both our main bathroom & our ensuite recently supplied from them. We are now about to start on our cloakroom so will be ordering all the necessary accessories from them also. James & Sam both made it a wonderful experience, using the free 3D design service to create two stunning bathroom/shower spaces, this was invaluable to be able to see your ideas in 3D & to be able to try different options before you committed. James & Sam were able to accommodate my very particular requests & their unwavering patience, ideas & expertise made both projects so much easier to manage. Sam even managed to get what I needed for my ensuite within a very tight timescale! Luckily nothing seems to phase James & he can find pretty much anything your heart desires! I was recommended BASCS by quite a few friends as they had all had good experiences too & I’m pleased to say I was not disappointed. James recommended Pete Coe who Project Managed both rooms & will also be doing the cloakroom, he has done a fantastic job as have all the tradesmen & women he brought in. The whole team at BASCS are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful & I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are so please with our new bathroom. Ian and the team at BASCS are amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us to make choices which kept us within the budget and gave us our dream bathroom. It was nice to work with a company that didn't push for sales or immediate decisions. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.
