Bath Kitchen Company

I cannot recommend The Bath Kitchen Company & James highly enough. They redesigned our utility room and the entire experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, the design process was thoughtful, creative and completely tailored to what we needed. They understood the space, listened to us, and brought ideas we would never have thought of ourselves, transforming the room far beyond our expectations. What truly set them apart was how they handled the complexity of the job. At the outset, the plumbing needed to be completely rerouted, and rather than leaving us to coordinate that ourselves, they introduced us to a brilliant plumbing team, JEM, and worked hand in hand with them throughout. That seamless collaboration meant there were no gaps, no finger-pointing, and no stress on our side; the two teams operated as one. Communication was outstanding at every stage. We were kept informed, questions were answered promptly, and we always knew exactly what was happening and when. The materials selection and purchasing was handled with real expertise and care, every choice considered and every detail thought through. And the execution was simply perfection. The standard of workmanship, the finish, the attention to detail, it was all flawless. They did not cut a single corner, and the end result is a room we genuinely love. If you are looking for a company that delivers at the very highest level, with design flair, impeccable project management and craftsmanship to match, this is the one. An absolutely faultless experience, and we are enormously grateful.

I would highly recommend James at Bath Kitchen Company. The level of planning and attention to detail was impressive and he has now designed and installed two kitchens for us. The key to a good relationship is trust, because a kitchen is a big item and that is where James comes into his own. He is reliable, listens to his customer and does his very best to get everything right. In short, we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

I highly recommend James, who came recommended to me by two friends who had both used the Bath Kitchen Company. He was great to work with, really professional, friendly, trustworthy, and it was nice to be able to support a local business. He did a fantastic job for us, we are delighted with our kitchen!

James designed our beautiful shaker kitchen and pantry. We found the entire process really easy as James was so knowledgable and has a great eye. He really made my vision come to life and it was really helpful to have such realistic cad designs. He really does care about giving you the kitchen of your dreams and will also tell you if something might not work which I really appreciated. We have worked with many contractors over the years during our renovation and James has been one of the best. An absolute pleasure, we would definitely recommend.

A fabulous experience with BKC - James has been a hugely supportive presence on our project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From initial renders in the design phase to handling the last bits of snagging, everything was done quickly and to an excellent standard. 100% recommend.
