I would highly recommend James at Bath Kitchen Company. The level of planning and attention to detail was impressive and he has now designed and installed two kitchens for us. The key to a good relationship is trust, because a kitchen is a big item and that is where James comes into his own. He is reliable, listens to his customer and does his very best to get everything right. In short, we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

James designed our beautiful shaker kitchen and pantry. We found the entire process really easy as James was so knowledgable and has a great eye. He really made my vision come to life and it was really helpful to have such realistic cad designs. He really does care about giving you the kitchen of your dreams and will also tell you if something might not work which I really appreciated. We have worked with many contractors over the years during our renovation and James has been one of the best. An absolute pleasure, we would definitely recommend.

A fabulous experience with BKC - James has been a hugely supportive presence on our project and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From initial renders in the design phase to handling the last bits of snagging, everything was done quickly and to an excellent standard. 100% recommend.

We came to James wanting a new kitchen that would become the heart our home and a great entertaining space and that is exactly what we got and more. From the very beginning we fell in love with the Blue Roma stone and the design of an open plan, New Hampshire American design. James has a great eye for design and really listened to our ideas and wishes and was very patient with our changing requests. In the end we went with all his recommendations as his guidance was spot on and led to us getting the kitchen we wanted, that suits our needs and the space and style of the house. At no point did we feel pressure to make decisions , it was a process that focused on quality throughout from design to installation and post installation - James is fully hands-on and truly cares that his clients get what they want. We had one issue during the installation and James owned that in a quick and timely manner removing the stress from us and I believe how someone deals with a problem if often most telling of their customer service and suffice to say it was excellent. We have a kitchen/snug area that is stunning and of our dreams and we have James and his team of fitters to thank for that. Now while obviously not cheap, the investment is worth every penny and our space is so much more than a kitchen but a place where we come together as a family and make memories. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone wanting a new kitchen.
