Max and Heather were incredible throughout the entire process. Heather truly nailed every single detail we wanted and worked closely with us to bring our dream kitchen to life. Nothing felt overlooked, and we always felt listened to and supported. Steve and his team handled the installation, and they were just as fantastic. The workmanship was top quality, and they were always happy to answer any questions or deal with any concerns straight away. Their professionalism and attention to detail really showed. We were so pleased with the final result that we’ve already started recommending BCK to everyone we know. The kitchen is simply amazing. As professional chefs, the kitchen is the heart of our home, and this is hands down the best part of it. Thank you so much to the whole team, we absolutely love it!

With a galley-style kitchen, gaining an island/breakfast bar felt impossible, but Heather, our designer, fully understood our brief. As a home stylist myself, Heather carefully considered all our must-haves — colour coordination, lighting, and storage — while working seamlessly around our existing range cooker and fridge freezer. The result is fantastic. A big thank you to Steve, Dan, and Luke — a brilliant team to have on-site. Nothing was a bother, and any minor imperfections were quickly noted and resolved. After looking at the usual kitchen places like Wren and Howdens, we were so glad we popped into BCK Interiors. Straight away we felt we made the right choice, Max was so welcoming and very helpful in us making our choice of kitchen and appliances. Ours wasn't a Straight swap, it involved removing a partition wall and opening up another wall for double pocket doors. Max took time and patience to help design the kitchen to maximise the space. This incuded 2 visits to our house to make sure all measurements were correct. We had our builders in to open up the space and fit new floor tiles etc( DJR building and Carpentry) and BCK worked with and around the builders to make sure it all went smoothly. Steve and Dan who fitted the kitchen were a pleasure, very meticulous and professional in their work. After it was finished, they did their own snag list, finding things we didn't even notice ourselves😄 We are very pleased with the finished kitchen and would highly recommend Max and the team to anyone who is looking for a kitchen fitted.

We recently had our new kitchen fitted by BCK and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. After visiting a few of the bigger kitchen brands, we stopped by the BCK showroom and instantly had that “this is it” feeling. The customer service, attention to detail and genuine care stood out straight away. Our kitchen designer was absolutely brilliant — professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. We can be quite particular, but they took everything in stride and helped us refine every detail until we were completely happy with the final design. Steve and the fitting team were fantastic too — meticulous, friendly and clearly take huge pride in their work. They even improved parts of our plumbing setup along the way. The craftsmanship is exceptional and their commitment to high standards really shows. What really stood out to us was their commitment to the highest standards — they even replaced a door free of charge because they weren’t completely satisfied with the finish! We’re absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and cannot recommend BCK highly enough. Their professionalism, quality of workmanship and genuine customer care made the whole process a real pleasure.

Absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen! Max and Heather were amazing from start to finish — incredibly detail-oriented, patient, and professional. As we were doing a full renovation, they also liaised with our builders (not an easy task!) and made sure any issues were resolved before the kitchen was fitted. Every element was carefully planned and thought through, and they were always quick to respond to any questions while keeping everything within our budget. Steve, Dan, and Luke, the kitchen fitters, were equally fantastic — hardworking, meticulous, and clearly proud of their work. The result is better than we imagined, and we couldn’t be happier.
