The Italian Cooking Masterclass with Carmela at Bell's was good fun and very instructive. We learnt lots about Italian food, including how to make two types of pasta and dishes using them, and also various useful hints and tips on using left over food. Carmela is very friendly and engaging and time just flies by. Would recommend

Summary: spent nearly £4k. Various issues, some resolved. Promised replacements for 2 items which are showing as in stock on the website but have taken over 2 months to arrive. Despite initial assistance from Paul, I've now been forgotten about and have been left witn a £1k faulty BBQ and £70 cover with a hole in it.
Order 1816799 for Clementi family pizza oven.
- No issues, I am very happy with this.
Order 2315116 for glass door, chimney and Pulcinella stand.
- Stand arrived with incorrect parts.
- Replacement parts arrived the next day, I had to take the incorrect parts to the recycling centre, not a big deal.
- Stand is now sorted and looks fantastic.
Order 2325595 for Pit Boss Memphis and cover.
- The warming shelf had been chipped (not a massive deal) but then someone has tried to use the wrong colour touch up paint to fix it but has done a horrendous job. Was promised a replacement for it and am still waiting for it 2 months on.
- Control knobs slide off with the lightest pull. They also don't operate the gas very well as a result. Was promised replacements but am still waiting for them to arrive 2 months on. Meanwhile the BBQ is showing as in stock online.
- The cover has a hole in it where it looks like it wasn't machine stitched properly. Was promised a replacement but it's been over 2 months and it hasn't arrived. Cover is showing as in stock online.
