From my initial phone call to Keith enquiring if they had a particular fire in stock, I knew I was in safe hands. Keith was excellent professional and so helpful. When I arrived we were greeted by the lovely Kim. The fire was ready for us to collect. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Keith advised us about another fire we will be buying in the future. His knowledge was fantastic. Thank you Keith and Kim for all your help. This is customer service at its very best. We will certainly be back for our next fire and your wealth of knowledge Keith.

The Italian Cooking Masterclass with Carmela at Bell's was good fun and very instructive. We learnt lots about Italian food, including how to make two types of pasta and dishes using them, and also various useful hints and tips on using left over food. Carmela is very friendly and engaging and time just flies by. Would recommend

Ordered a V&B sink, I had tried to via another major retailer and it kept arriving cracked. I spoke to Bell as a last minute attempt to try and get the sink. They went above and beyond organising to have it sent well packaged and on time. It arrived so fast and in pristine condition. I’m very happy with my experience and would happily return to them.
