We are absolutely delighted with our built-in wardrobes. From the initial design consultation through to installation, the service was outstanding. Craig really listened to what we wanted and came up with a bespoke solution that makes perfect use of the space. He was also happy to respond to slight tweaks we needed throughout, including on the day of installation. The craftsmanship is exceptional — the quality of the joinery, attention to detail, and finish are all first-class. Everything was fitted perfectly and the install team cleaned up after themselves and were really friendly. Professional, reliable, and clearly very skilled at what they do. The wardrobes have completely transformed the room and exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality bespoke joinery.

Extremely disappointed with both the workmanship and the lack of professionalism. He fitted doors badly, with large, obvious gaps left underneath. Another door he fitted developed a fault within a year, with the door catching the frame at the bottoms near the hinge. There were also gaps left in the skirting, which I asked to be corrected at the time, and a kitchen unit was chipped during installation, meaning we had to arrange a replacement He agreed to come back and fix the problem with the door, then repeatedly failed to turn up. Since then he has completely ignored calls and messages. Based on my experience, the quality of the work and the aftercare were not what I expected, and I would advise others to consider this carefully before using this service. Just to confirm - I’ve not got the wrong company, you fitted a kitchen, cabinets in my utility room, doors, skirting and did a few other things. You posted my kitchen on your social media and I’ll include a picture of you working in my house.

Craig built and installed three fitted wardrobes for the alcoves in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From the outset, communication was excellent. He stuck to his estimated timeline and was consistently pleasant and courteous throughout. The finished wardrobes look fantastic and are completed to a high, professional standard. We’re extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely be using Craig again in the future!
