Hayley did an amazing job of taking us through the whole process of designing and specifying our kitchen, right through to its installation (including co-ordinating the granite worktops). She was full of helpful advice without ever being too pushy or judgemental. We are delighted with the outcome and there is really very little that we would change. Hayley was always on hand to assist with the aftersales items, such as re-ordering items damaged by builders. We also used her services for assistance with specifying our bathrooms and they were also a big success. We highly recommend BKB and Hayley.

We recently purchased an apartment in London and immediately contacted Hayley to redesign the kitchen and bathrooms. After working with her on a previous project we knew we wanted to work with her again. She put great effort and detail into designing the kitchen and bathrooms, creating amazing images so we would know what the finished result would look like. Hayley visited the property with samples of the cabinets and surfaces and gave expert designer advice specifically for the space. The outcome was absolutely amazing and we could not be happier! Having worked with her twice, we could not recommend her enough, and would definitely contact her again if we had any other projects.

Having recently decided to renovate my house I was looking for a wow factor for both kitchen and bathrooms. After visiting a huge number of designers found Hayley and never looked back. At the start of the process she takes a lot of time to understand needs and requirements, always patiently listening to my crazy thoughts then comes back with designs that are stunning. Always with huge attention to detail including ensuring the designs are both visual amazing but also functionally perfect. I would highly recommend Hayley and BKB if you are looking for perfection.
