⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If only I could give 10 ⭐s Massive credit to this company for stepping in and helping me out after I was left in the dirt by another local kitchen company who started my kitchen but never returned to finish it, constantly lied about why he couldn’t come, this went on for 4 months. Again credit to Birmingham Kitchens & Bedrooms, I contacted them and told them what had happen, the owner came out the same day measured up and reinsured me he will sort it all out, within 10 days of the initial call I had my kitchen up and what a job they did. Absolutely amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had our media wall and wardrobe done by Birmingham kitchen and bedrooms. I’m definitely be recommending them. It was a 10/10 experience. From initial consultation to the actual fitting. They were very fast and affordable. Will definitely be coming back.

Appalling Treatment – A Complete Disgrace to Customer Service I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the way I was treated at this business. After travelling over 45 minutes with genuine interest in placing an order, I was met with coldness, arrogance, and complete disregard. The manager didn’t even try to listen—instead, he bluntly told me they were “too busy” and would only consider large orders, not smaller ones like mine. He made it crystal clear that unless you're spending big, your business simply isn't welcome. To be pushed aside so rudely, without even a hint of professionalism or basic courtesy, was deeply insulting. It's disgraceful for any business to treat people this way, let alone one that relies on customer loyalty and word of mouth. I left feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and incredibly disappointed. This experience has left a bitter taste, and I’ll be warning others to steer clear. No one deserves to be treated like their time and effort mean nothing. Reply to business response... Your response is not only unsurprising—it’s utterly disgraceful. Instead of taking responsibility and addressing genuine concerns, you've chosen to deny my visit entirely, which is both dishonest and insulting. Let me be clear: I did visit your business, and I have attached photographic evidence to this review to prove it. Your attempt to deflect blame and mislead others by implying I confused your business with another is a shameful display of how little regard you have for accountability or integrity. This kind of behavior only highlights the poor service culture that led to my original complaint. Denying a customer's experience and trying to discredit them instead of resolving the issue speaks volumes about how you operate. You had the opportunity to make things right—instead, you've chosen deceit.
