Bluewater Bathrooms & Kitchens Showroom York

We bought a new kitchen from Bluewater just over a year ago and we could not be more pleased with everything. From the early design stage through to the installation the service was friendly, efficient and professional. Chris, the designer and project manager, was great to work with as were all the trades involved in the build. Nothing was ever too much trouble despite the fact it was quite a challenging project. The quality of the kitchen is everything we hoped for and, just less than a year after completion, the team was equally professional and efficient fixing a couple of minor snags. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and am about to get my bathrooms replaced by them.

Bluewater provided us with a personalised design and fitting experience that ran smoothly from start to finish. We are very pleased with the end result. The experience could have been quite stressful, however their superb customer support and the concise and hands on design process, for which we were fully involved, meant the whole experience went very well and we were clear about expectations. The varied skilled workmen involved in the installation were sensitive to our needs, friendly and courteous and hard working. They constantly checked that we were happy with progress and responsive to alterations that we requested. The project essentially kept on target and the end product is a new kitchen and dining area for which we are proud to show off to family and friends.

Bluewater were so good! They helped me choose the colours so they matched and worked well. They were here when they said they would be and finished a few days early. The finish is really neat and looks perfect. It was £3000 cheaper than a similar company and this included a fan and a pump for the shower. Adrian in the showroom and Andrew who was here every day were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

We love our new bathroom. Darren was very professional and planned every detail. The tiling, plumbing and furniture fitting are all perfect. He was punctual, hardworking and honest - a true professional. Thank you!

Our experience with Bluewater has been second to none. Mark expertly guided us through the planning and design stages of the project and Danny was an absolutely exceptional bathroom fitter, with over a decades worth of experience he got on with both of our projects with very little input needed from us. All the tradespeople involved, plasterers and electricians etc were polite and respectful of our home and brilliant with our young kids if/when they came across them. Professionalism at every step of the process. Thank you to all involved.
