Bluewater Bathrooms & Kitchens Showroom York

Our experience with Bluewater has been second to none. Mark expertly guided us through the planning and design stages of the project and Danny was an absolutely exceptional bathroom fitter, with over a decades worth of experience he got on with both of our projects with very little input needed from us. All the tradespeople involved, plasterers and electricians etc were polite and respectful of our home and brilliant with our young kids if/when they came across them. Professionalism at every step of the process. Thank you to all involved.

We have recently had a kitchen fitted by Bluewater and I would certainly recommend them. The whole process was exceptional. Chris who designed our kitchen had lots of suggestions and did an amazing plan so we could visualise exactly what it would look like. We didn’t feel rushed and he had lots of patience and gave us lots of time to consider and choose what our needs/wants were. Sean who came to fit the kitchen was fabulous, he worked in a methodical way and made such a good job of all aspects of the kitchen, very professional, tidy and a pleasure to have in our home ( it can be a big intrusion having work men in your house ) He has so many skills and made an excellent job of all aspects, he patched our existing floor tiles to fit round the new units, and all the joinery work was spot on. Nothing was too much trouble. Richard and Cam did the electrics and were equally as thorough. Cam who came to do the second fixing, was brilliant. A pleasant young man, polite and positive with all aspects and again nothing was too much trouble. I didn’t meet the plasterer but my husband said he did a great job. (Sorry can’t remember his name) I was expecting to come home to a mess that day but everything was covered up to minimise mess and all was clean and tidy. Like all big projects, there can be “hiccups” and we did have a couple but to be honest we would hardly have known because any problems were sorted efficiently and without any fuss. Nothing was too much trouble for this fabulous team of people. From start to finish we were delighted by the whole process and despite the upheaval of having such a major job done, everything ran smoothly and we are absolutely overjoyed with the finished result. Yes it’s not the cheapest company but everything is such great quality and the service brilliant. Certainly worth the price for the quality and the way the whole project was managed. We cannot recommend them all highly enough. Just the decorating to do now! 😀

We've just had our bathroom designed and installed by Bluewater and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. From the first email communication through to the last part being fitted, Bluewater have been professional, helpful and efficient. We had a few small issues during the bathroom renovation and both Adrian and Andrew, the fitter, were immediately on top of the issues, ready with a resolution, so that it didn't cause us any undue stress. We're delighted with the end result and will likely be back to Bluewater when we have enough saved up for a new kitchen!

Brilliant service from start to finish. I would recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to use Bluewater. Starting from going into the showroom to look for ideas where we spoke to Chris who then became our kitchen designer. He wasn't pushy but when we needed advice he was on hand. He then came out to advise us on our different options. He explained the different types of kitchens & appliances with a price range to suit us. He kept checking in with me thru the fitting to make sure everything was going ok. We had a plan of what was happening on each day & it was followed without any delay. A big shout out to the electricians, plasterers, plumber, floorer & Sean the joiner who fitted our kitchen. They are all perfectionists & to say we are happy with our new kitchen/diner is an understatement. Thank you Bluewater from a very happy customer 😊.

We have had a first class, stress-free experience with Bluewater Bathrooms. Adrian’s design was brilliant & he has project managed and overseen the process from design to installation faultlessly. Our bathroom fitter, Mark had an exceptional attention to detail & we are delighted with the end result. We have already booked another design & installation for later this year, and look forward to working with Adrian & mark again.
