We chose Boxwood Kitchens after meeting Tim, the owner, and immediately feeling confident that he truly understood our vision. From start to finish, nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. Tim has always been at the end of the phone when we’ve needed him, offering guidance, reassurance, and genuine kindness throughout the entire process. We changed elements of the kitchen design along the way, and Tim was incredibly patient and accommodating every time. It even took three attempts to get the handles exactly right, and he made sure we didn’t settle until we were completely happy with the final result. The kitchen fitters he works with were not only exceptionally skilled but also a pleasure to have in our home, professional, friendly, and clearly proud of their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim and Boxwood Kitchens to anyone. The experience has been seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

We would not hesitate to recommend Tim Wann and Boxwood Kitchens as they have provided a suberb service from design through to installation of our dream kitchen and utility project. We had visited many other kitchen companies but had been nervous of the large chains, underwhelmed by some showrooms, or not felt any connection to the individuals we met who might go on to handle our project. Tim at Boxwood was friendly and not pushy in any way and we were encouraged that we would be dealing with him exclusively throughout the project. He was knowledgeable about the products and clear with the design process and timetable. He was patient and gave sound advice throughout, despite much indecision on our part with colour choices and design tweeks. (He was probably right that we should have had a "Le Mans” pull out unit in one of the corner cupboards!). Tim was true to his word that he provides a full service and single price and did not carve out unexpected extras, so we knew where we stood. The team were all brilliant (Martin on design, Richard on installation and Andy on electrics) who completed the kitchen to a very high standard. The project ran smoothly and on schedule over 3-4 weeks. Although we did have a small wrinkle with one of the units and the worktops, both were resolved quickly with Boxwood and Granite House (worktop supplier) were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely love our new kitchen and, after many years of waiting to complete this renovation, we are very glad we decided to entrust it to Tim and his team. They delivered a complete, top quality service, in a very friendly and professional manner.
