Such a disappointment. Entrusted the services of Brandt to upgrade my existing kitchen in a new build apartment. Brandt were responsible for the original installation so had hoped for an easy upgrade. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The wrong parts were ordered several times, parts arrived damaged and the installation was at best poor. (Someone loves the glue!) In total 5+ additional snagging visits were necessary. Which involved replacing worktops several times. Despite this some issues still remain outstanding and contact has been cut. My upgrade which should have been quick and easy has taken almost 10 months to complete. Beware in future I will go for an independent kitchen installer.

Looking forward to you installing our new kitchen, the service and customer care so far has been excellent. A lovely team. Defo a 5 star rating.

Absolute shambles - Other than Tom Dodd, who was a pleasure to deal with, the service has been extremely chaotic and we have doors in the wrong colour, taps in the wrong colour, its an absolute shambles...should of gone to Halfords!!

Absolutely fantastic company. The sales team, design team, installation team are all excellent. We cannot fault anything. The Kitchen quality is exceptional. There was very little mess and every day they were on time. We are absolutely thrilled with the results - when you spend the money on a kitchen you have a dream of how its going to be. They listened to us and have made the dream come true. 10/10 5 Stars +++++
