What an incredible company! We did a complete house renovation and with the kitchen being one of the biggest areas in the house and requiring so much attention and detail, we thought it would be the room that would give us the most hassle but Richard and Flavia at Brentwood Kitchens went above and beyond to make it the most stress free room of the whole renovation. We had a few face to face meetings with them both where we told them our vision and they literally brought it to life. There were a few small details of the kitchen we were quite particular about and wanted to change in the original designs sent to us, Flavia never ever made a fuss about changing anything, nothing was too much for her. Richard and Flavia were so friendly, professional and approachable. Every little detail was our choice and they supported us along the way. The way Richard and Flavia cared about our project would make anyone think it was their own kitchen they were designing, they were so enthusiastic and passionate, which made it so much easier for us. Flavia is extremely talented in her field of design and it was really useful that she would go above and beyond to include light fixtures and tiles very similar to the ones we bought elsewhere so we could see how they would fit in with the kitchen design. This was great to visualise the reality of how the kitchen would look. Fast forward to the kitchen being installed…. Richard made life so easy, his communication skills were excellent when he was arranging the fitters and he managed the whole fitting, coming on site to see the work being done too and was always on hand. We would never ever hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and truly appreciate them bringing our vision to life.

I was recommended Brentwood Kitchens by a friend whose kitchen is amazing. We were a new build so I started early ( too early) with my planning which was a big mistake for the team as I managed to change my mind with colours, layouts etc every week! Natalie and Danny have the patience of a saint! They never hesitated to help me change things around and actually came to site numerous times. I had spoken to numerous companies at the beginning as went to all the self build conferences but Brentwood kitchens always came out on top for quality, price and helpfulness. I wanted particular appliances which Natalie researched and tracked down to ensure they all fitted in my design. I recommended them to a friend, who had theirs designed, built and fitted before mine as we were still in the middle of the build! Howard and Tom fitted the kitchen and again were very professional and patient and made small changes for me when fitting it. This was my first time at designing a kitchen so I was really worried about making mistakes. Natalie and Danny were brilliant at guiding me through the design and walked me through where and how things would look by drawing it out on the floor before we even had walls up! I have now been in the house for a couple of months and I am absolutely delighted. Every feature works perfectly. I can’t wait for my next project ( only joking Danny and Natalie!) This is my forever kitchen!
