Brighton & Hove Bathroom & Kitchen Centre

After having my bathroom done a couple of years ago I decided to use Hove Bathroom & Kitchen Centre again for my new kitchen. You get what you pay for and although they might not seem competitive on price you get excellent customer service and quality. They also take care of absolutely everything at every stage from design to arranging plumbers, plasterers, fitters and decorators. I'm sure I won't need a new kitchen or bathroom for a long time but I would use them again if I do move in the future and I highly recommend them for investing in something that will last.

I was recommended HBKC by a friend and had an excellent experience. James and Sam provide a very professional and friendly service, very swift responses and high attention to detail. Sam was great at providing advice and direction on design which is what I needed and can help as little or as much as you want. James was excellent at project managing and keeping me in the loop every step of the way as well as the fitter Tommy. HKBC provide a high quality service and high quality product, they make the process really easy and smooth, I'm pleased I chose them and saved myself a lot of stress - would definitely recommend to anyone!

Recently, we had our bathroom refurbished and we are delighted with the result. James and Sam took great care to understand our requirements, providing a design that perfectly met our needs and specifications. The contractors worked to an exemplary standard, but special mention must go to Tom and Callum, who led the installation; we had not previously experienced such professionalism. Their pride in their work was evident throughout the project. The professionalism of the entire team was matched by their courtesy and patience, even when our changes of mind might have tested a less accommodating company. My tiny inconvenient kitchen has been transformed into my favourite room in the flat. I was guided and inspired all the way. I have so much more worktop and cupboard space, due to amazing storage solutions, and the design and colours are just a dream, with everything blending together so seamlessly. All of the team were wonderful throughout the whole process and I'm so appreciative for their support and customer service. 10/10!

Hove Bathroom and Kitchen Centre are certainly a five star company! I had the most incredible service from James and Sam, but also from the contractors they use. I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism, care and product that they provide. The attention to detail is spectacular, plus they give great advice about style and products. I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. Now I can’t wait to get my kitchen done!
