Britannia Design

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Britannia Kitchens and are absolutely delighted with the result. Our north facing kitchen has been transformed into a lovely bright space. Barnaby and the team were brilliant during the design stage, offering great advice and really helping bring our vision together. The installation was seamless — everything ran on time, the team were punctual, efficient, and the quality of work is excellent with real attention to detail. What really stood out was the genuinely personal and thoughtful service throughout. The team regularly checked in, carried out quality checks, and went the extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible — even taking care to consider our indoor cats and leaving thoughtful touches along the way. A big thank you to Barnaby, Kat, Mike, Eva and the team for such a positive experience — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Britannia Kitchens.

I chose Britannia Design as I was impressed with their exemplary customer service from the start. This continued throughout the project. The whole team were amazing. Barnaby listening to my vision and designing my kitchen to meet my needs. Kat was an amazing project manager, making sure that the project run seamlessly. She was very prompt and efficient getting back to my. Paul is an amazing craftsman and the kitchen looks absoltely stunning. Andy did a great job on the electrics, installing lighting in the pantry and display unit. A true personal service was provided and the price was very reasonable providing a high end kitchen for the same as provided by kitchen manufacturers in the same area.

Having our extension done meant that we would have an angled wall. We knew that we did not want a standard island. We came across Britannia Design and meet Barnaby to talk through our design. Visiting the showroom, we were able to see the different styles of kitchen. Barnaby was great in listening and designing the kitchen with us and helped in choosing the work top and colour of our kitchen doors. We were able to get the angled island along with arches at the front of our island to give it character, the lighting helps set the tone. Barnaby was able to help us out with our seating and shelving. He put us in touch with a company called Craftwood. Kat, Paul and Mike were fab at giving us the timeline, Paul was amazing in building the kitchen, specially making the adjustments needed to fit the cabinets in. Mark was able to build the arches for the island and Kat ensured everything ran smoothly with site visits and updates. They are a great team to work with and would work with them again.

We’re delighted with our Britannia Design kitchen. The design process was excellent. Britannia took plenty of time to understand our requirements and talk us through various options. We never felt pressured to upgrade or opt for expensive extras. Instead, the pros and cons of each choice were discussed openly, which guided our decisions. The final design struck a great balance between our wishes and our budget. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience. The installation went smoothly as well. We needed to coordinate fitting the kitchen with our builders, and Britannia managed this seamlessly. As the kitchen came together, any small issues were sorted promptly, which we really appreciated. While building an extension and new kitchen is never entirely stress-free, Britannia made the process much more manageable. What truly made the difference at every stage was the team, who were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

We recently had our kitchen designed and installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation through to the final installation, the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The design process was thoughtful and collaborative. They really listened to our needs, lifestyle, and ideas, then translated them into a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. Their attention to detail and creative suggestions made a huge difference — they thought of things we would never have considered ourselves. The installation was just as impressive. The fit and finish are outstanding, and everything was completed to a very high standard. The fitter was punctual, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. Communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, so we always knew what to expect. Our new kitchen has completely transformed our home. It’s not only stunning to look at but also a joy to cook and spend time in. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen design and installation service.
