Britannia Design

Having our extension done meant that we would have an angled wall. We knew that we did not want a standard island. We came across Britannia Design and meet Barnaby to talk through our design. Visiting the showroom, we were able to see the different styles of kitchen. Barnaby was great in listening and designing the kitchen with us and helped in choosing the work top and colour of our kitchen doors. We were able to get the angled island along with arches at the front of our island to give it character, the lighting helps set the tone. Barnaby was able to help us out with our seating and shelving. He put us in touch with a company called Craftwood. Kat, Paul and Mike were fab at giving us the timeline, Paul was amazing in building the kitchen, specially making the adjustments needed to fit the cabinets in. Mark was able to build the arches for the island and Kat ensured everything ran smoothly with site visits and updates. They are a great team to work with and would work with them again.

We’re delighted with our Britannia Design kitchen. The design process was excellent. Britannia took plenty of time to understand our requirements and talk us through various options. We never felt pressured to upgrade or opt for expensive extras. Instead, the pros and cons of each choice were discussed openly, which guided our decisions. The final design struck a great balance between our wishes and our budget. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience. The installation went smoothly as well. We needed to coordinate fitting the kitchen with our builders, and Britannia managed this seamlessly. As the kitchen came together, any small issues were sorted promptly, which we really appreciated. While building an extension and new kitchen is never entirely stress-free, Britannia made the process much more manageable. What truly made the difference at every stage was the team, who were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Barnaby’s passion and attention to detail were second to none and continued throughout the build. Mike & Paul were a pleasure to have in our house during the installation, they were perfectionists and with their 1st class craftsmanship and the quality of the cabinets they have created our dream high end kitchen and we could not be happier. Britannia review We are so happy with our new kitchen and family area designed and installed by Britannia Kitchens. We shopped around a little before going to Britannia, and in comparison Britannia were streets ahead. Barnaby the manager was amazing, he gave us plenty of time to explore all options, even if some were quite ridiculous! His attention to detail had just the right balance. There was never a feeling of ‘not yet another design’. He was very hands on throughout. Kat managed the install and was very organised, helpful and lovely to deal with. Then we had their two multi skilled installers, Mike and Paul, who did a great job in bringing the designs to life. Obviously with a large project like this there will be snags, or small issues, but these were all dealt with the highest of professionalism and customer care. We wouldn’t have the slightest hesitance in thoroughly recommending Britannia for your new kitchen, and would be surprised if you could get a better design and service.
