The staff were very patient and helpful with really good advise. Les was one of the staff who gave us lots of info. We needed a number of items. Delivery also very good. Kevin who fitted them was excellent. Thank you all very much.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company that sells electrical appliances. Unfortunately, neither their delivery service was organized nor did they show any respect or care toward customers. The product I bought had a defect, and when I requested a return, it took nearly a whole month of constant effort just to get my money back. During that time, I had to go back and forth multiple times, spending a significant amount of money on taxis, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. It felt like customer satisfaction meant nothing to them. In the end, I did get my refund, but only after wasting both time and extra money. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind when making a purchase.

The most helpful people ever, delivery lads were so helpful and soon put new washing machine past tight spaces and got it to kitchen I saved £175 buying my washer from here can't recommend this shop high enough
