Our fridge freezer packed in on Friday, we came here on Saturday morning and spent over an hour trying to decide on a replacement with the help and expertise of the staff. We finally decided and were given a very decent discount…(don’t ask, don’t get) the new fridge freezer was delivered and fitted in on Saturday afternoon and our knackered one was taken away at a small cost. Would highly recommend anyone wanting any electrical appliance to check here first. The range of appliances is really good, and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff were very patient and helpful with really good advise. Les was one of the staff who gave us lots of info. We needed a number of items. Delivery also very good. Kevin who fitted them was excellent. Thank you all very much.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company that sells electrical appliances. Unfortunately, neither their delivery service was organized nor did they show any respect or care toward customers. The product I bought had a defect, and when I requested a return, it took nearly a whole month of constant effort just to get my money back. During that time, I had to go back and forth multiple times, spending a significant amount of money on taxis, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. It felt like customer satisfaction meant nothing to them. In the end, I did get my refund, but only after wasting both time and extra money. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliability, professionalism, and peace of mind when making a purchase.

Mike from Mersey Kitchens recommended that we go to Built-in Kitchens to look at single built in ovens. We were served by Lee and he really went the extra mile to make sure that what we bought was as easy and safe for us to use as we are both disabled and elderly. He showed us several ovens that we could choose from and when we made our decision he phoned the company to make sure we could purchase and fit telescopic runners in the Hotpoint oven.
