As a previous satisfied customer in2007 we decided to use Burnhill Kitchens again for an update with a new modern looking kitchen and ideas, we were not disappointed. From the project manager to the skilled workforce everything was carried out as agreed, it was done with skill , politeness and on time. We recommend Burnhill Kitchens and their team . It all started with the collection of a proper paper brochure. Following this, we made a further visit to the Burnhill showroom in Tonbridge and had a great initial first meeting with one of the designers Matt who took time to understand our needs and requirements. A scoping site was arranged by Matt to look at our kitchen layout in more detail and to enable him to draw up an initial plan and costing, mindful of our budget. A plan within budget was subsequently agreed a deposit paid and kitchen ordered with staged implementation dates for key trades. Installation was faultless where we worked closely with Matt and fitters to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently. Communication at every stage was the key to ultimate success and Matt was extremely responsive when contacted to discuss any aspects of the plan or installation. A special mention needs also to be made to Sean the kitchen fitter with some 30 years installation experience which showed with his skill, advice and expertise, which included consuming vast amounts of coffee. A mention also needs to made of the key trades which were all excellent-plasterer Guy, plumber Joseph, electrician Chris who were all very efficient and friendly. In summary, we are extremely pleased and proud of our new kitchen planned and installed by Burnhill and would highly recommend them if you want a relatively stress free experience - thank you Mark & Linda

Sam and his team have done a really wonderful job with our kitchen and pantry. We are delighted with how everything has turned out, they could not have done a better job. Sam patiently helped us design our perfect kitchen (after many versions!) and his incredibly talented and thoughtful tradesmen turned it into a reality. Despite some unforeseen issues with our structural drawings, Sam helped us navigate through them. We are really pleased we chose Burnhill amongst the bigger kitchen companies we saw. We received a personalised service and cannot recommend Burnhill enough for their patience, professionalism and dedication. Thank you Sam and team!

We cannot thank Burnhill Kitchens enough. Excellent service from start to finish right from our initial meeting with Joe to discuss our kitchen design and layout options. Joe guided us through the whole process giving sound advice and insight throughout, and where required liased with our builder to ensure everything went smoothly. We are absolutely delighted with the end product, fabulous quality, and looks amazing. I final word to our excellent kitchen fitter Ryan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Highly recommended.

Went round all the kitchen showrooms and ended up at Burnhill. Very happy with our choice. Sam designed a great kitchen and Ian project managed everything. This included strip out, plumbing, extensive electrical work to improve the lighting, plastering, flooring and fitting of the new kitchen. I hadn't realised there was so much work involved. All the tradesmen are great - really know their stuff and are really good friendly guys. ~Shaun the kitchen fitter is a real artist with his electric saw and has done a beautiful job. The quality of the finished job is excellent. Everyone that walks into the kitchen says "Wow" - we are really happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Burnhill.
