Started with a enquiry online, got a visit within the week then a quote a few days after. Whole thing from first message to finished wardrobes took about 6 weeks witch felt reasonable to me.

Was nervous about getting fitted wardrobes done because the room is small and I'd heard stories about installs going wrong and eating up more space than they save. The first visit put me at ease pretty quickly. The designer brought samples, talked through how the doors would open given how close the bed is, and didn't try to upsell anything I clearly didn't need. Quote came through within a couple of days and the breakdown was clear, no vague line items. Lead time was about six weeks which they told me upfront and they stuck to it. On install day they turned up when they said, laid down protection across the carpet and the hallway, and worked quietly. Took two and a half days. The finished wardrobes look like part of the original room, the spray finish is smooth, and the inside is laid out exactly how we sketched it out together back in that first meeting.

We had a full wall of fitted wardrobes built across the main bedroom. There are two large sections with hanging rails and shelves, then a central unit with drawers and some open cubbies at the top. The doors are the thing that really makes it work - they went with a shaker-style panel in a matte white finish that matches the rest of the room. Everything sits flush against the ceiling and walls even though neither are perfectly straight, which is just the reality of older houses. The drawers run on soft-close runners and the hinges are solid, nothing feels flimsy. Inside, the layout is actually practical - enough depth for hangers to sit without bunching, and the shelving is spaced so you can stack folded stuff without it getting squashed. It feels like built-in furniture, not something bolted to the wall.

We were impressed by the execution of the wardrobe project. The alignment of the sliding doors is perfect and the materials feel very durable. They maintained a very tidy workspace.
