The team at Capital were faultless in the delivery of a complete rip out and replace of our bathroom. The home visit and estimate was thorough, discussing all our wishes and offering key advice and reassurance. The rip out was our first chance to witness the incredible pace and work ethic of the teams, all done with no fuss or mess and left the areas incredibly tidy. The fitting team of Darren and Keiran worked relentlessly to deliver the absolutely fantastic bathroom we can now enjoy. All the little snags dealt with efficiently, any questions posed and options explained before proceeding. Always clean, tidy and courteous they are top notch. All based around the great finish to the room provided by Greg and Spud the tiling team. 1 day, whole room, no fuss or mess. All supported throughout by the showroom team, providing updates, arrival times and of course the ability to see the products at first hand when making choices.

We recently had our bathroom fitted by Capital kitchens and bathrooms. I would highly recommend using them. When we visited the show room Ann and Justine were brilliant with showing us the bathrooms and what was on offer. They even went above and beyond to source an exact shower head my husband wanted for our new bathroom... nothing was too much trouble for them!! Within days the lads came out to start the work and they were all brilliant ... big shout out to Darren, Charlie and Keiran their work was spot on and we could not be happier with the end result. If you are thinking of using Capital do it.. you will not be disappointed.

Capital's friendly staff and helpful nature and the fact they sort everything and could get us booked in quick pushed us to choose this local Liverpool company. We didn't choose the easiest tiles and grout etc... but they rose to the occasion and delivered a totally class bathroom as you can see in the pictures attached. We had a few little issues along the way but they sorted them all promptly and delivered what we wanted and more.

Have used this company for the past 22 years and will not go with anyone else. Just had another bathroom fitted by Darren and Paul in 4 days and they smashed it. Absolutely fantastic workers, they worked hard as always and bathroom fitted to an excellent high standard, Big thank you to Carl and Carl for your amazing tiling also. Getting kitchen done at the same time also so will post them pictures on Saturday.

Exceptional capital kitchens & bathrooms! We are a busy house, with kids, dog, etc so needed an all-inclusive service who could complete the job within a week, we had numerous quotes and capital where the only ones who could deliver this service and “boy did they deliver”, Darren and his team turned up at 7am and worked until 7pm nonstop, even added extra jobs in without adding extra charges onto it, completing all the necessary demolition works, piping the system, fitting all fixtures and finished to an outstanding standard, Jay the plaster and Greg and his tiling team where all brilliant, clean and professional. The entire package was worth it, professional, reliable, on time, great communication, clean, presentable, and priced spot on. The office staff were also excellent with all communication and support and we will use capital for our kitchen in the future after this service. Thanks for everything capital, it was a great experience.
