Cardiff Kitchen & Bathroom Store

Just starting our en suite renovation and happy with the prompt service so far. Both Billy from partner TS Heating and Enith from the showroom were very helpful and listened to our requests which made it an easier process than we expected. Looking forward to installation later in the year.

Excellent all round experience with Cardiff Kitchen & Bathrooms, 5 stars doesn't seem enough to give, nothing was too much trouble, we're full of positives and absolutely no negatives ! From start to finish the customer service and support during and after the re-fit was exemplary, responding quickly and effectively to any queries or issues. I found them at a time when I was overwhelmed and frazzled with decisions & too much choice online or in huge impersonal showrooms. I immediately felt at ease in the showroom by a warm welcoming approach from Enith & Lydia and no "hard sell". Enith managed with her incredible patience and knowledge to guide us through her design, extract our likes & dislikes & help create a beautiful new bathroom with quality products at very acceptable & competitive prices. We love our new bathroom. The deliveries were well planned around the fitting work & always delivered with care and on time, thanks to Billy & his son This is a relatively small team that works wonders, so look no further you will find no one better, we recommend them highly and without any reservations. Warm thanks to Enith, Lydia , Billy & all the the Team at Cardiff Kitchen & Bathrooms

I recently bought items for our bathrooms from the Cardiff Kitchen and Bathroom Store. I highly recommend the company and shall use the store again for future kitchen and bathroom items. Everyone was always very helpful and quick to respond. Great products and service. Thank you!

We recently had our bathroom completely redesigned and installed by Cardiff Kitchen and Bathroom Store and their contractor TS Heating and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation, Enith listened carefully to our ideas and transformed an outdated space into a modern, functional bathroom with great storage solutions, elegant tiling, and high-quality fixtures that perfectly suit the style we were looking for. The installer (Brett) was professional, punctual, and tidy—he worked efficiently without disrupting our routine. The attention to detail was there and a couple of snagging issues were sorted promptly without any stress. Everything works perfectly, and the overall outcome exceeded our expectations so don't hesitate to update your bathroom with this company.

I found the staff at Cardiff Kitchen and Bathroom Store and their partner TS Heating to be friendly, approachable ,helpful and informative. Attention to detail was superb and I am delighted with the work to refurbish my existing shower room. I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a new bathroom/shower room.
