Absolutely 1st class, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Dan was very patient from the start. I walked into the showroom totally overwhelmed, and not even sure of what I really wanted. Dan talked me through options - explained everything and made the whole process so much easier. He visited for site measurements- twice due to a rethink on my behalf and supplied revised plans. He also made a final measurement check before the units went into production. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were addressed with my fitter quickly. I would highly recommend Caro Design- they are not the run of the mill kitchen suppliers- they offer a far more personalised expert service. Our kitchen is the hub of our home and works perfectly for our family life. We have also commissioned Greg to design our fitted bedroom furniture to include my fabulous walk in wardrobe. My experience of working with Caro Kitchen Design and specifically Dan was very good. He provided a good design and was easy to work with. Dan was very responsive to follow up questions and the process was very efficient, with excellent communication throughout. What an excellent project! From welcoming showroom visits, and courteous site surveys; through patient design adjustments, to agreed order tweaks - each part of the process was conducted very professionally and with personal interest. Admittedly, our kitchen is only a small u-shaped facility but CaroDesign was an excellent company to do business with. They will be our first port-of-call if we ever are in need again in future. I really cannot recommend Caro Kitchen Design enough, the whole process from start to finish was incredibly easy and we ended up with a kitchen that we absolutely love.
