We selected Caroline Kitchens based on a personal recommendation, and we were not disappointed. There is often an assumption that choosing a local independent kitchen company will cost more than using one of the large national chains. In our experience, this simply was not true. Caroline Kitchens were very competitive, while offering a far more personal and attentive service. The real strength, however, was the quality of the design process. We had a clear idea of what we wanted, but Caroline gave us excellent guidance, refined our ideas and identified several practical details that other kitchen companies had completely overlooked. Nothing felt rushed or sales-driven, and communication throughout was straightforward and efficient. The quality of the cabinetry and finish is excellent, particularly the attention to detail, with the cabinets colour-matched to the doors. The installation was equally impressive. They worked carefully, kept us informed and clearly took pride in achieving a very high-quality result. We are extremely pleased with the finished kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline Kitchens to anyone looking for good design, competitive pricing and genuinely personal service.

So delighted with our kitchen from Caroline Kitchens. Very easy people to deal with. We just disappeared and let them get on with it. It was managed from start to finish with everyone turning up on time and getting it done. Ahead of schedule. The result is lovely. Great appliances and worktops and having the inside of the cupboards the same colour as the doors is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for a stress free kitchen fit.

Very happy with our new kitchen from Caroline Kitchens. From Steve and others in the office being knowledgeable and reassuring in helping select what best suited our needs. An easy design process including changes to layout etc to accommodate our preferences and finally a quality installation by very punctual and polite installers Toby & Sam all as per the dates agreed. Couldn't be happier with the finished product.

I can't fault Caroline's Kitchens from start to finish during the installation of our kitchen. They incorporated exactly what we wanted into the plan and Toby and Sam installed it quickly and efficiently and were so polite and helpful at the same time. I'd definitely recommend all of them.

My kitchen is coming up to two years old and still looks immaculate. I absolutely love it. Would (and do) highly recommend Caroline Kitchen’s - helpful from start to finish, thinking of things and making suggestions that I might not have thought of. Friendly, efficient, knowledgable with an eye for detail - highly recommended and would use again.
