I came to Carvers on a recommendation. I was very impressed with the showroom, beautiful displays and a very calm, ambient setting. Unfortunately the staff members in the showroom were less than welcoming. I felt like I was interrupting their day. Unfortunately this was enough for me to go elsewhere to purchase my bathroom. A real shame.

From start to finish everything has been as near to perfect as it can be. The design to implementation was close to 100% match. Thank you James Goode. The installation by Chris Thorpe was excellent. We were consulted at every stage and any issues were discussed and solutions found. The professionalism shown in effort and finish cannot be faulted. All parties took a pragmatic approach, which obviously helped, but at no time did we feel that the decisions made in the design or installation were to 'make life easy' or compromise the design.

Such a great experience! Really great showroom and atmosphere. Our neighbours recommend Carvers after their successful installation. James the Showroom Manager made me and my wife feel right at home. Patient and so knowledgeable. Talked us through the entire process and explained everything in great detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Bathroom delivered on time as agreed with a recommended fitter arriving shortly after to complete the job. Everything went extremely well. We had a small issue with our shower pump, but it was sorted quickly and painlessly, no one's fault. I would whole heartedly recommend Carvers to anyone for their bathroom projects. Thank you.
