Every trade they brought in was punctual, skilled, and respectful of our space. What really stood out, though, was the planning stage with Nick and Paul. Collaborating with them was a genuine pleasure—they brought fantastic ideas to the table and suggested clever improvements we hadn’t considered. We chose Cathedral for our kitchen project and we were not disappointed. They came in on budget and on time, and we had a wall removed as part of our renovation so required building work too. The builder they recommended was amazing! It was all project managed very well by Nick. The fitters were fabulous, tidy, punctual and had a brilliant work ethic. We needed a new kitchen and decided to go with a local Company. Choosing Cathedral Kitchens was the best thing we did. Many thanks to Nick, who we saw on our initial meeting, for designing and managing the whole project. The whole team of electricians, builders and kitchen fitters were highly professional and every aspect was kept to time. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Paul and Karen and the team at Cathedral.

Cathedral kitchens have just finished installing our new Kitchen. The team at Cathedral were fantastic, right from day 1. The team designed and installed our kitchen, they were all highly professional . We were kept informed of time frames throughout and the work was carried out expertly. We are delighted with our kitchen and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a first class kitchen.

We were after a new kitchen to replace what we had inherited from the previous owner and we had gone to the usual high street kitchen companies (Wren, Howdens, Magnet, etc..), but we wanted to ideally use a local company so we visited Cathedral Kitchens. We were met by Paul who was attentive and friendly but more importantly was really clued into suggesting what would be the best kitchen layout for our space and for how we actually wanted to use the kitchen. By contrast all the other kitchen companies seemed as if we either should already have a layout, or wanted to sell us the most expensive units/appliances (even if they weren't suitable to our needs) or didn't really understand/care how we wanted to use our kitchen unless it fitted into their pre-set designs. Paul came up with a great kitchen layout design in a kitchen style which we thought, frankly, was beyond our budget. His obvious knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for our kitchen project made us think, "We can trust this company to deliver exactly what we want and that we'll get a good service from them.” In the run up to the kitchen fitting Paul was in contact with us helping suggest and pick our appliances and keeping us updated on when to expect the fitting start date and what needed to be done in the room prior to installation. This was great as we would probably have missed a couple of things which might have delayed fitting and also we were having trouble sourcing some appliances due to stock issues. Prior to installation, Paul visited our house a couple of times to ensure the layout would work and achieve what we were after. The week before our fitting start date Paul attended again with one of the installation team to introduce them to us and also brief them on how he wanted them to install, this was appreciated and allowed us to ask a few last minute questions. As we were moving the kitchen into our previous lounge, Paul helped us to arrange a third party builder to install new drainage. As we are new to the area this recommendation was appreciated and Paul assisted us in resolving a small mistake. I doubt other high street kitchen retailers would have been interested in doing this? On the first day of installation Paul was with the team (Aaron and Tom, top guys) and they were able to get straight into fitting thanks to the previous visit. The install lasted about 5 days in all, throughout which the installation team were very polite, well presented, tidied up at the end of each day and kept us well informed of their progress. I was working from home throughout the fitting and I wasn’t disturbed, and we felt happy and comfortable having them in our house. Following the installation Paul and the rest of Cathedral team (Nick and Karen) have been in touch to make sure that we are happy with how everything has gone and that we are enjoying our new kitchen. Which we are, we love it. If you are after a new kitchen then we would wholeheartedly recommend Cathedral Kitchens because; - they have a great showroom and supply kitchens which we believe are better quality and better looking than the high street brands - they take the time to understand what you want, the look you want to achieve and how you’ll use end up using your kitchen - they have the knowledge and experience to make suggestions so you achieve a great kitchen rather than just a nice kitchen - great communication from start to finish - friendly and polite team of people who care about what they do - they are at hand throughout to help with any issues or questions you might have prior and during installation - their follow up and after service is 100% We have ended up with a kitchen that we absolutely love, works great for our family and has received endless compliments from family, friends and neighbours.
