I had my kitchen and living room units fitted and and karndean flooring laid. There was no hard sell or sales gimmick, just an honest price. All staff were professional and friendly from the design, delivery, installation and surveying. During installation all rubbish and mess were quickly tidied up and I would recommend this company to others... so pleased with the end result.

We have recently had a kitchen from Cavendish and we really pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend Michael at Benton who did a great job assisting us. The flow of the whole project was very professional and timely and we would certainly use Cavendish again.

We are in the process of designing our new kitchen by a gentleman called Micheal who is based at Cavendish North Tyne industrial estate and I can say up to now we have been treated with the upmost respect and Courtesy. We have never had any kind of sales pressure forced onto us at all, I cannot say the same about "Wrens" Who constantly tried to pressure us into buying a kitchen which ultimately lead us to walk out. After the design was finished Wrens asked us at least 9 times if we would give them a deposit, given that the kitchen was over £20,000 we wanted to take some time to reflect and think about it but they would not let up. We are still in the design stage and whether we go with Cavendish or not I can without a doubt recommend to you that you will be treated respectfully and not pressured into something. Also the designers and the quality of kitchens are light years ahead of Wrens. Regards Mr & Mrs H

Having had fitted wardrobes done, first class job, with excellent fitter we decided to get them to do our kitchen. Despite being happy with end result the whole experience wasn't positive. It began early November 2018 and finally ended April 2019 because of numerous problems. When we tried to report the problems we were usually passed onto a secretary because head guy couldn't be bothered,or didn't want to deal with us, probably the latter. We spent a lot of money on kitchen but have to say customer service is average at best, workers however were brilliant, willing to do anything to help.

We have been using Cavendish for our kitchens & bedrooms for the last 20 years & every time without complaint.Our latest was our bedroom. we got it touch with Michael at Cavendish who came out & give us 3 options to our lay out. we choose one to suite us & after arranging a time for installation the bedroom is now complete & we both love it to bits.
