Lovely company to do business with. Will definitely use them again on our next house. The kitchen is beautifully made to an extremely high standard. Lisa's design and planning of the kitchen is outstanding. She certainly knows her stuff. Everything arrived as it should and on the timescales quoted. Chris and his team installed the kitchen exactly as we wanted. They work to a very high standard and I'm hard to please. Would 10000% recommend this company from design through to installation. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen, and it’s all thanks to Christopher Lawrence Designs and their fantastic designer, Lisa. From the start, Lisa listened carefully to our ideas/wants and brought them to life with her expert design skills. She offered invaluable advice and guided us through every decision, ensuring that our vision for a dream kitchen became a reality. What really set them apart was the seamless communication with our builders. We didn’t have to worry about being the middleman – everything was coordinated directly between them, which made the whole process stress-free. The result is a kitchen that not only looks stunning but also functions beautifully. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and highly recommend Christopher Lawrence Designs to anyone looking for a new a kitchen. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care are exceptional!

I have to say this team is by far the most supportive, patient, professional, thorough, friendly and helpful that I've ever experienced doing work in my home. Truly lovely people who genuinely want the best outcome for their customer. From the many discussions about design options, appliance options, multiple visits to the design studio and my house, to the pre build advice on how to manage without a kitchen for 3-4 weeks, to the installation itself, everything was explained, every question was answered and all options were discussed to ensure full understanding and agreement to give me the best outcome for my kitchen. If I hadn't already renovated the bathrooms they would have had those jobs too. I would not hesitate to ask them to do more work for me in future. I adore my new kitchen, it couldn't be any better. Sorry, this is a long one but choosing the right company to supply and fit a kitchen is such an important decision and so I wanted to share my review on price, design, quality, installation and customer service. If you don't want to read on, just know they scored 5 stars on each and every area and we really couldn't recommend them enough! PRICE Believing we'd never be able to afford a high quality German kitchen, and being dazzled by so-called 50% off offers and sales touted by the large mass production kitchen companies, we ordered with "a little bird" 😉. Big mistake! Luckily though, after a bit more research and discovering lots of horror stories, we were able to cancel and started the search for a more reliable and reputable company. That's when we were recommended to Chris Lawrence. I was initially anxious about how much more expensive it would be - after all, they didn't have any shiny 50% off offers, but I was shocked and thrilled to discover they were almost exactly the same price for the kitchen as the little bird and significantly cheaper for the installation! How though?? How could a beautiful quality German kitchen without any sales be roughly the same as a company whose price included lots of attractive discounts? We soon understood how easy it was to artificially inflate an RRP cost in order to make a 50% off deal sound too tempting to ignore. Thank goodness we realised when we did! Price = ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ DESIGN Having done the rounds with all the main high street kitchen retailers, we had plenty of experience with designers but I've got to tell you, Lisa is of a different class. The design she put together for us solved all the issues the other designers said weren't possible. She thought of every detail for every way the kitchen would be used. She's also got incredible taste and such a talent for combining style with practicality. The final design was outstanding and gave us enormous confidence we were with the right company. Design = ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ QUALITY I mean, it's a German kitchen. Do we need to say much more? The look and finish is just exemplary. It's worth visiting the high street retailers to get an idea for what else is out there so you can really appreciate just how much better a German kitchen is. It's quite honestly night and day. No contest. Quality = ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ INSTALLATION The Christopher Lawrence team are just amazing. Chris and Darren are true craftsmen with such skill and an eye for detail, they surpassed every possible expectation. There is no cutting corners with these guys either. You can tell they live by the ethos that if a job is worth doing, its worth doing well and if they weren't 100% happy with something, they'd carry on through until they were. The team are extremely friendly and warm and were an absolute pleasure to have around for the whole time they were here. They did everything they could to reduce any inconvenience to us and always left the place tidy at the end of every day. I'd also definitely recommend letting them organise all the other suppliers needed for install. They completely project managed everything, arranging electricians, plumbers, plasterers etc all of which turned up as and when required in the process, again making everything seamless, simple and crucially, stress free! Installation = ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE During the entire experience from the initial meeting and design through to final completion, the team had 100% focus on providing outstanding service. I never had to chase. I never had to worry or stress. They had everything in hand and even when a few things went wrong (which they inevitably do and for us was a few minor damages incurred during shipping from Germany), they proactively handled it quickly and efficiently. In fact, I didn't even need to say anything. I hadn't noticed a couple of small dinks but they did and arranged replacements without any fuss or delay. Customer Service = ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Overall, these guys are amazing and I simply wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. True leaders in their field!
