City Bathrooms & Kitchens - Renovation Superstore

An overall very positive experience! We decided to have a refurbishment with a change of worktops and appliances in my 85 year old mums kitchen. She lives in Coventry and I in Bedfordshire- I did stay with mum during the works but liaised prior and after from my home. There were a few hiccups- some unforeseen (like electrics) and some due to errors by site manager (mum wanted a 5 ring hob but he didn’t take into account the wall units which would over hang and be a fire hazard!) However, a new upgraded 4 ringed one was ordered at no extra cost. The housing unit for the new electric oven was also omitted and didn’t arrive until day four. This did however mean the project overran with the gas and electric having to be completed a few further days on. The expectation was three days, reality was six. A shout out to the fitters James and Richard who were a perfect fit for mum- very patient and worked with care and skill. They repaired/replaced hinges on old kitchen units and added a missing shelf to a base unit (which they didn’t have to!) They cleaned up as they worked and we couldn’t have wished for better fitters. They didn’t start the job just to go off to other jobs and put in a full day! The end finish is top end! Indeed all the trades were courteous and worked cleanly and diligently. I would definitely recommend City B&K in a heartbeat. The project costs were slightly higher than initially quoted but this was due to the electric work and fitters extra days. We are more than happy with this. Moreover, mum is thrilled with her “new” kitchen and plans cooking up a storm for me and my boys next time we visit! Please note: mums drawers weren’t placed back in photos as I was having a declutter!

Excellent selection of bathroom decor and fittings etc. Helpful design and quick service. Installation team were professional and knowledgeable and worked well with the sales team to find best solutions where there were changes needed. All together a great service from the whole company and would definitely recommend! Thank you for a stunning bathroom!!

The Kitchen is very good quality with excellent appliances included, Bosch, Neff and Hotpoint. The fitters, Steve and Sam, worked to the highest standard, nothing was too much trouble for them. I really appreciate all their hard work. Thanks to Janet (Kitchen designer) for her ideas and suggestions, it all turned out perfectly. Thank you all.

City bathrooms were amazing from start to finish. Jamie was very helpful and very patient as we changed our minds a few times before we made a final decision lol. He kept us updated and ensured we were happy. The delivery driver was brilliant and put everything where we wanted it and was really friendly. The fitters Neil and Tommy were brilliant they did an amazing job and were lovely. They tidied up every evening making sure I didn’t have too and there workmanship was fantastic. Can’t thank city bathrooms enough would definitely recommend and will be coming back if we need any more work done. Thanks again

Simon one of the sales men helped and advised us in choosing what we needed. Neil and Tommy were our fitters. We couldn't have asked for better, they were amazing and worked so hard and kept everything neat and tidy. Mark rang to check that everything was going well along the way.
