CK Kitchens & Bedrooms Showroom

Colin was amazing with the kitchen design process. Expert knowledge, took time to show us different options, understand our needs and deliver a great design. I would highly recommend CK Kitchens to anyone.

We have been looking for a kitchen company to work with on two rooms utility/porch with a complete fit out and had ridiculous prices from all the well known brands wikes, Kutchenhaus, howdens etc Chris was great throughout our process, explaining options and helping us design and choose two fabulous areas including extra storage ideas, He made suggestions that improved our original ideas. The quality is very good, lead time was great and our fitter Dennis did an amazing job and it was all on schedule, The delivery guy was great also. We are so pleased with the two areas wish we had found them sooner would highly recommend this company great to work with seamless straightforward company to work with thank you Chris and Dennis 😊

Would score 5* if the showroom was open on weekends, but that's the only criticism. Chris was great throughout our process, explaining options and helping us design and choose a fabulous kitchen. He made suggestions that improved our original ideas. The quality is very good and our fitters were very happy that it came fully assembled. The delivery guy was great too. A small omission was sorted out quickly. So compared to Wren or Howdens there may not be quite as much choice, and a slightly less flashy service, but in our experience CK Kitchens were at least 30-50% cheaper than those firms, and we're delighted we went with them.

After recently using CK Kitchens I would highly recommend to everyone. I was helped throughout the entire process with exceptional customer service. All of my queries were answered and help given when i was unsure what items would work best in my kitchen. The delivery of my products were fast and high quality. I will be recommending to others and using them again if ever needed in future.

Dennis was friendly and knowledable, which is good, but be aware that the design services is not free and without obligation. A £100 fee is charged, which is redeemable on making a purchase. On more than one occasion I have pointed out that the website needs to be updated to reflect this change in policy which was made 'last year'. Three weeks have elapsed and no changes have been made, which leads me to assume that CK are not responsive to feedback and have no regard for abiding by consumer protection regulations. Update 30.3.22: Following my Google review last week I can see that the reference to the dimensional plan has now been removed from the front page of the website, although not the page detailing 'How to get your 'Free Kitchen Design''.
