Concept17 Kitchens

Just had my kitchen fitted by Stuart and the team and I cant rate them highly enough. From start to finish the whole process has been effortless. We called into the showroom and had a look at the kitchens and we booked a survey in. Stuart called out and measured everything up and we booked a day to call in and look at the design. We were totally blown away by the design of our kitchen and how much they'd transformed it. It didn't take long for us to decide on Concept17 for our kitchen. Stuart and Matti kept us upto date with everything along the way and the fitting by Paul is amaizng and the little touches they do make a really difference. We are so happy with our choice and the outcome of our kitchen. We couldn't recommend them any higher. Thanks again for all your hard work and effort guys.

Concept17 installed our new kitchen earlier this year and we would fully recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. Stuart was incredibly helpful with the planning and optioneering, looking at our needs and shaping our ideas in practical solutions. The delivery headed up by Paul was efficient, professional, accommodated minor changes and kept to time. He coordinated all the other tradesmen (tiler, plasterer, electrician, plumber etc) and the works went like clockwork. Now we have a fantastic kitchen. Concept 17 weren't the cheapest, or the most expensive, but we concluded they were the best value for money, the most professional and really lovely people to work with as well. Definitely a 5 star company and a 5 star job!

The customer service from initial consultation through design and then installation from Concept17 was superb. Stuart & Matt in the showroom guided us to a fantastic kitchen which was then installed with phenomenal attention to detail by Paul. At every stage, nothing was too much trouble. Queries were answered swiftly and any minor issues were dealt with immediately. Ours was an installation into a newly built space and Stuart took the time to liase with our builders to ensure every last detail of the layout was correct & ready for installation. Cannot recommend highly enough - if you're looking for a great, professional local firm to make your dream kitchen a reality, look no further! Fantastic!

We can’t put into words how happy we are with our new kitchen. We knew we wanted something different and boy did we get it. The initial consultation with Stuart was very professional, he genuinely listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions, it was definitely a two way process. We got the first design which blew our minds and we only needed to adjust a couple of things with Stuart’s expertise guiding us. A couple of visits to the showroom to make final choices on design, worktops and appliances etc., were all dealt with by the warm and friendly team. Nothing seemed like too much trouble to ensure we got our dream kitchen. The installation was seamless and superbly executed by Paul, he really is the best in the business as were all of the tradespeople that Stuart provided. We know how difficult it is to find and secure quality people to undertake work but the stress of this was taken away from us and sorted. To say we are delighted with our kitchen is an understatement, we would give 6 stars if we could. There were a couple of very minor issues along the way but they were quickly dealt with. We have to say that we have never experienced customer service like this before, Stuart, Matt and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to listen to us and deliver what we wanted even if it was something that was outside their remit. If you are reading this and thinking of a new kitchen we absolutely 100% recommend these guys, trust me you will not be disappointed.
