Very disappointed with the quality of a £700 carpet we purchased in May 2025. After only six months of normal use it already looks worn, bobbly and discoloured, and it doesn’t vacuum well at all. We originally planned to buy a wool carpet but were persuaded by the salesperson to choose a “more modern” recycled plastic option, which in hindsight was a mistake. For the price, we expected far better durability. I have emailed the company to try and resolve the issue but have received no reply. To add - at the request of Cosi (below) I got back in touch to seek resolve. Almost 1month on, I haven’t heard back.

Wonderful visit to Cosi Living. Sadly the store was closed during this visit, but the blinds were open and the showroom looked nice and tidy. Here's hoping they're open during my next visit so I can buy a kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cosi Living. Their customer service is honestly one of the worst I’ve come across—unresponsive, unhelpful, and completely lacking accountability. Communication was poor throughout, and any issues I raised were either ignored or handled with no real urgency. On top of that, they are simply not reliable. Delivery timelines were unclear and not met, and overall the experience felt disorganised and frustrating. I would strongly recommend avoiding the hassle and instead purchasing from established national retailers who are far more dependable and professional.

We initially engaged Cosi Living for our kitchen, but the level of design thinking, craftsmanship and execution was so exceptional that we naturally extended the brief to include flooring and carpets across the home — a decision we’re incredibly glad we made. From concept through to completion, every detail has been considered and delivered to the highest standard. The quality of materials, precision in installation and overall finish reflect a team operating at a genuinely premium level. A special mention to Narinder, whose kitchen design was outstanding — balancing aesthetics, functionality and flow perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands how to design a space that not only looks beautiful but works effortlessly day to day. What sets Cosi Living apart is the consistency of excellence across every touchpoint. Clear communication, thoughtful guidance and a team that takes real pride in their work made the entire experience seamless. The end result has completely elevated our home - refined, cohesive and finished with a level of detail that speaks for itself. Huge thanks to Amol Khullar and the wider Cosiliving team. A first-class, end-to-end experience that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Thank you to Jan at Cosi Carpet for his humble and professional service, advise and to the fitting team. “with kids and elderly parents accident happens” Jan advised, and recommended the perfect carpet. Accident did happen and the carpet cleaning was simple and very easy as how Jan has suggested. Jan remeasured and recalculated multiple time in effort to reducing the cost. We are grateful!
