Sam and I are delighted with the kitchen that Ben and Country Kitchens delivered and installed for us. The design and finish of the units and quartz worktops are exactly what we wanted and it was all completed in the timeframe we agreed upon when we ordered. We had a beautiful kitchen installed by the team 5 years ago and we are really pleased (and proud) with it. This Sunday morning we noticed a leak coming from the washing machine which is in a lovely purpose built unit. I tried to get behind the unit myself to turn off the water etc but was a bit worried about damaging the unit so I went to the showroom, which is next to Steve’s house, to ask for some advice. Within half an hour Steve came to our house and removed the unit carefully and helped to disconnect the washing machine. Outstanding service to say the least and something he didn’t need to do so we are so appreciative. Many thanks! Mike and Wendy
