Very happy with the service provided during my bathroom renovation. Their staff gave useful advice during the design stage to help me feel confident in the decisions i made. During the project i was always able to get a quick repsonse to my queries. I would highly recommend their services.

I was very impressed with the service overall. The showroom staff were knowledgeable and friendly and once the design of the bathroom was completed we had a detailed discussion with the designer to discuss everything involved. The installation proceeded as expected, on time and to a brilliant quality. We are extremely pleased with the new bathroom.

No Breakdown of Product Prices. I was really frustrated with the lack of transparency in pricing for my new bathroom. They never gave me a clear breakdown of the product costs, which made it hard to understand what I was actually paying for. When I asked, they were vague, and I felt like I was being overcharged for low quality products. For the price far above any of my other quotes, I expected a lot more clarity and professionalism. Definitely not a company I'll trust again.

Creative Interiors did an excellent job for us with our new kitchen. They are quite expensive, but you get a good quality kitchen fitting and excellent service all the way through. John M, our project manager was hands on and popped round frequently to check everything was okay and helped resolve the small issues that inevitably crop up in a big building project. Shane, the lead fitter was excellent and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 weeks. We were told it would be a 3 week job, plus maybe a couple of days, and with just a few small delays it was completely done in 4 weeks. At every step of the way they communicated with us and explained when things were delayed at all, and the overall organisation plus the quality of the kitchen has been excellent.
