We got 3 bathrooms done by Aaron and his team, and we were very impressed with the final outcome. The work involved updating one bathroom completely. Creating a family bathroom and an ensuite out of long family bathroom. Aaron was easy to work with during the design process and had some really good suggestions, and helped create some really top quality bathrooms. Stuart the builder, who did the work, completed the work at a very high level of quality, with great attention to detail and a great finish. Would definitely recommend CSR to anyone thinking of getting their bathrooms done.

We recently had both our main bathroom and cloakroom fully renovated by Aaron and his team, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Aaron was professional, clear, and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Callum, who carried out the work at our home — always on time, tidy, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. Having read several very positive reviews/recommendations we can happily say that we made the right choice in appointmenting CSR to undertake our bathroom refurbishment. From inception to completion Aaron (Owner) and Dan (Installer) have been nothing short of fantastic. Aaron's ideas and product knowledge at design stage and Dan's meticulous attention to detail and expertise throughout the installation has left us with a bathroom thats far exceeds our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending CSR.

We'd been searching for a bathroom contractor for some time, and were recommended to CSR. Having had several other quotes already as a comparison, Aaron's survey visit was used to discuss all points of the work needed, to replace an aging steel bath with a shower & tray, heated towel rail & extract. The meeting was professional, and the subsequent estimate was competitive. Having decided to go with CSR, we visited their small showroom to make final decisions, having already seen much bigger showrooms for overall ideas. We saw a really nice sink & base unit with drawers, so added this to the final quote. Work started on a Monday, with Nathan working on his own, apart from electricians arriving to do their bit. Our old cottage threw up some curved balls, with quirky plumbing and other issues, so the work took a little longer than anticipated - total of 8 days on site. How he moved all the stuff up & down our curving narrow staircase was a sight to see. Nathan left the bathroom tidy every day, as it is our only facility... The time on site was well spent though, as the final result was exactly what we wanted. The finish, quality of workmanship and attention to detail all the way through were all absolutely spot-on - Nathan consulted at every stage on items that needed an input. A visit today from Max for a final snagging visit & sign off - no snags spotted. Final invoice also arrived today, and was happily paid straight away. No changes in costs from the final estimate, despite the length of time on site. Highly recommended - pics show before, during & after. We're still to decorate!

We love the transformation, it is absolutely stunning, you need to see the physical finished bathroom to really appreciate just how much attention to detail has been placed on getting to this “Gold Standard” of workmanship. Friends and family who have seen the bathroom are truly and genuinely wowed. Ourselves, we love it. It is our design and Aaron and his team transformed our dreams into reality. We are so grateful to CSR. One bathroom complete, two more to transform in January by CSR.
