David J Martin

So pleased with the work that David has done for us. We wanted a section of our kitchen changed which involved taking out a 6/4 Aga and replacing it with a cupboard and built under Miele oven to create more workspace. The cupboard perfectly matches the rest of our units ( which are 30 years old). There was other work required - removing the extractor fan from the pantry and the plinth from the floor for the cooker. All was accomplished very efficiently and with minimum disruption. Excellent choice of work surfaces as well. Thoroughly recommend David J Martin for all your kitchen projects.

Having our kitchen designed, built and fitted by the team at David J Martin has been a wonderful experience and I cannot rate them highly enough. From start to finish they have given excellent service. Richard showed such patience and skill as I brought in home produced roughly sketched ideas, then translated these into what we wanted and created beautiful cabinets. His attention to detail was spot on. The shelves fit the items we use, the drawers are sized to my spice jars, nothing was too much trouble. We were having a bigger building project and the David Martin team dovetailed in with this seamlessly and their communication was always responsive. We've been living with the kitchen for three months now and cooking and entertaining is made a joy by how beautifully thought out and built the space is. Thanks so much Richard.

I cannot rate DJ Martin enough from initial consultation through to kitchen completion. David took the time to understand how I wanted to use my kitchen before designing the space. The fitting also was excellent. We have thoroughly enjoyed using our kitchen and received so many compliments. We were so impressed, we contacted DJ Martin to design our media unit. Once again exceeded our expectations.

Richard fitted a drinks station in each of my two stores. These were fitted with a tight turnaround which Richard went above and beyond to ensure these were fitted within the timescale. All to a very high standard would absolutely recommend.

What a pleasure to deal with David, Richard and the team. They are a breath of fresh air, not only do they deliver a high quality product, they do so in a courteous and professional manner. Every trades person (plumbers/plasters/electrician) they engage is equally as reliable. We are thrilled with the high quality kitchen that has been designed and built for us. Not only is it very functional space, it has also created a very attractive room. We looked at kitchens in a few “DIY sheds” they couldn’t deliver what we needed in a quirky old cottage and the price difference wasn’t going to be much less. We also looked at other bespoke designers, who were more interested in selling us their favourite products, rather than listening to what we wanted. Whereas we have a high quality, well designed kitchen, installed by craftsmen, who delivered exactly what we asked for. Reputations are earned over a long time and David has certainly earned his excellent reputation. We have no hesitation in recommending his talented team.
