Orangery vent window has a drip leak after 15 years. Post warranty service was to give a telephone number of ONE man for the whole of South UK. David Salisbury not interested in helping any further. After a long phone call with this man telling me my roof needed complete overhaul of every screw, gasket, leadwork etc & no one else could do it or provide exclusive David Salisbury gasket screws, the quote from him based on photos sent was £2800! Shocking beyond belief! After sales should carry on with their own brand product & David Salisbury FAILS 100%.

Wow what an amazing building in a superb colour, subtle and very tastefully finished. Then turn the corner and another wow as there is another David Salisbury building but looking completely different and so modern. If you get the chance pop in as you will see what I'm talking about, decisions decisions....

This company have been terrible to work with. They have just called to say they are not interested in a £100K job. They strung us along for six months and then called to say they weren’t interested in the project. The architect was brilliant but it seems the in house team were less than happy to take on the project. I made it perfectly clear from the outset that this was a small project and when I got the call 6 months later from them, one of the excuses was that the project was too small!!! I would step Away from this company do not touch them. They promised me a letter to confirm what their reasons were….. guess what? Still not here. Do not use this company if want peace of mind. Dreadful. Now we have to start again and have wasted 6 months in the process…..

I am not one to write reviews but felt compelled to in this occasion. David Salisbury is a fantastic bespoke and design company of Orangeries and conservatories, and I am glad to have gained an insight of their work recently. They have a beautiful Orangery showroom at the Chelsea Garden, where I sometimes hold meetings, and an impressive manufacturer in Somerset. As someone who works on a variety of projects I was more than happy to recommend them. Their team is friendly and always willing to help. Well done guys!

David Salisbury has recently completed the installation of a beautiful oak orangery at our home . From the moment that we met with their sales executive ( he was happy to visit us on a Sunday ! ) we felt very comfortable that we had made the right choice in selecting this company. Further meetings followed with the technical specialists and again we were impressed with the amount of detail provided and the options offered to us re the finishes. All was confirmed in writing and in due course the installation was carried out smoothly with the two installers working hard over the 2 weeks it took to complete the installation . Each day they left the work area in a clean and tidy sstate which impressed my wife ! The Project Manager was always available to discuss any queries that we had or to resolve any minor issues.
