Delighted with our new bathroom and the whole process from design through to installation. All of the team were friendly, helpful and worked hard to overcome any potential problems. Great quality products and workmanship. Special thanks to Mark who fitted the bathroom with great care, experience and with total respect for our home.

We had our new kitchen designed and fitted by Design Time during November 2025. From the outset, the team in the showroom were professional, friendly and helpful. Mark helped us design a beautiful kitchen and we are delighted with the result. That is not to say that the project was without it’s challenges, however Design Time were great at resolving issues in a timely manner and without fuss. Paul, the installation manager, was excellent and very easy to work with. The project involved the removal of an internal wall, and Design Time helped us find a great builder to undertake this aspect. Many thanks to the team at McCabe Projects for the building work, and to Mark for the recommendation. The Design Time kitchen installation team were all great, but we need to mention specifically Luke, the electrician, and Craig, the kitchen fitter, who were brilliant at their craft and a pleasure to have around. We did find that the plumbing team, (needed only to move and fit some radiators) were the only disappointment, as some of their work was not up to the same standard, and remedial work was required several times. Overall, Design Time have been a great company to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen refit done to the highest standards.

We are entirely satisfied with our new kitchen. All staff is very friendly, reactive, professional and reliable. We recommend Design time highly. Our kitchen is fantastic. Despite a very small delay in kitchen cabinets, (not at all their fault), Craig the fitter, worked extremely hard to catch up the delay. The whole team (from design to electrician, plasterer and fitter) works well together. The finish is to the dot and very good value for money. Do not hesitate to ask questions on anything, all the team is very helpful. We look forward to using our kitchen in the years to come. Huge thanks to everyone!

We had our main bathroom and downstairs toilet completely redesigned and completed. The whole process for the Design through to completion was utterly brilliant and it was not an easy job. We found it such a comfort to be in such safe, capable hands with sound advice provided on design recommendations from Ashlea (which helped us make our mind up!) which we really appreciated and excellent commitment, skill and professionalism from Mark who fitted and delivered exactly what we wanted. Can't recommend enough...we will definitely be back for future projects!
