Would highly recommend Designer Living for any building work, extensions etc. they explained the plans perfectly for our extn. With reasonable itemised costs, and are very professional, and put pride in their work. Always clean up after there shift. They are a very friendly team, run by James and his Project Manager Greg, with there labourers Josh, Kintsey, and bricky Adam, and are doing a cracking job.

We recently had our garage converted by Designer Living Group, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. From the very first conversation, the team—especially Mr. James—was friendly, clear, and helpful. They took the time to understand our ideas and worked closely with us to plan everything according to our needs and our budget. Mr. James was excellent at designing a plan that fit perfectly within our budget without compromising on quality. He and his team completed the work exactly within the estimated timeline and at the agreed-upon quote. The quality of their workmanship and service was truly outstanding. We are very pleased with the final result and would undoubtedly recommend Designer Living Group to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, reliable, and accommodating builder. Highly recommended!

James and his team as always did an amazing job! We had an orangery done by James over 10 years ago and now we’ve transformed the space into an open plan kitchen and living room. Throughout the process, all the tradesmen had great ideas, trustworthy and highly skilled. There was also complete transparency with costs so there were no unexpected surprises and we always had peace of mind. A big thank you again to James, Tom and the entire Designer Living Group team… we’re super pleased and proud of our new space.

Fantastic experience using designer living and would highly recommend. We made the decision to use a company that didn’t involve friends or family to avoid any issues. We were very impressed with their attention to deal and communication every step of the way. James was really good with the initial meetings and talking us through the steps and the app with the payment structure and stages was really good and modern. Adam and Lewis were always reliable and grafted each day keeping everything on track and talking with the neighbours whenever it was needed. They also created our garden which was not part of the initial scope but they did a fantastic job with our vision and brought it to life. Tom and John were incredible bringing the inside of the house to our full vision after showing them relentless pictures and sketches with what we wanted in each room. Any minor issues were fixed along the way and communication was key to us at the start and this company definitely exceeded our expectations. Weekly emails with the payments that needed to be made was also clear and transparent. The work was fast and high quality and worth every penny of our budget. I would definitely use this team again if we ever had the nerve to do this type of project a second time in the future!

With this final payment - we MUST take this opportunity and it’s our pleasure to say that we couldn’t have asked for a better team of builders to build our extension. You guys have been absolutely amazing. Literally from the very first day when they dropped portable loo outside our home and next day with a massive skip until the very end this morning when last tradesman left the house.. The final finish is absolutely spotless and faultless. It has been beautifully completed. First half of the project done by Adam and his team and the other half done by Tom, John and his team. We really can’t thank enough to Adam and his team. All the hard work that went into build the outside work and all that in this cold freezing weather as well.. hats off to you Mr Adam.. Mr Tom - You literally have nailed it so perfect that even “master of the masters” wouldn’t be able to find anywhere to point the finger. I still can’t believe how everything has finished so quick! James - when you had said 3 months - I genuinely thought it’s going to be well over 4 or 5 or 6 months and we are going to be chasing you again and again and again.. WOW - how amazingly it’s all finished within the agreed timescale of just 3 months!! Even when we talk with our family, friends and other school parents - also, they can’t believe that we are already moving into the new kitchen!! I feel like we can NEVER thank you enough and we will be in debt to you guys forever for delivering a “priceless happiness” of a new kitchen and diner for our family home 🏠 *THANK YOU SO MUCH* - there isn’t any good enough words in dictionary to express our feelings that how happy we are feeling.. Our 3 little children will grow and create so many memories in the space that you guys have created (kids also have a bigger playroom which Designer Living created in 2018) and we will cherish all of these memories forever.. thanks to you guys, especially to you MR TOM. 🫶😍❤️ PS: sorry for long message, more beautiful pictures to be added in near future! 🙏
