We contacted DG Kitchens in Poole with a request to replace six existing laminated 'Shaker' style Utility doors and two Tongue & Groove end panels with real ash wood replacements. We arranged an appointment with Dave Godfrey (the owner) who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We supplied a detailed brief and in turn Dave emailed a very fair estimate back to us. We promptly gave Dave the go-ahead and within a few days the doors/end panels were ready for collection. Dave and his team very precisely routed out the existing door hinge positions (which weren't in the usual 'standard' factory position) and fitted all the hardware back onto the new doors. Everything was then very carefully wrapped up, to avoid any damage, and carefully loaded into my car. DG Kitchens are really focussed on much larger kitchen projects, however on our little job Dave really went 'above and beyond' to help us out. When we got home the new doors dropped straight onto the existing brackets, a perfect fit. We will definitely use Dave again in the future if the need arises. Thanks a lot Dave, you're a star!
