Dream Doors. Nightmare service. Can’t believe the attitude of Paul the Manager. Cutting a very long story short imagine my disbelief when he arrived 3 hours late without any notice and his first words were “Where do you want them?”. Absolutely gobsmacked as his first words should have been an apology! He even started walking away when I was speaking to him and he said he should be at home having dinner with his family. I’m absolutely appalled and disappointed at Paul’s lack of respect to a customer. I initially went there as was recommended but Paul wasn’t the Manager then. There is no way Paul can justify his behaviour no matter how annoyed I was. He does Dream Doors a disservice and I will never go there again and will definitely not recommend them. While their products are great the attitude of the Manager doesn’t reflect that. He was so unreasonable. I’ve never been treated so badly as a customer! He needs to learn a bit of humility and hope he reflects on his behaviour. If the company wish to contact me for feedback I’m happy to speak to them.

Paul and Natasha welcomed us and made us feel at ease when booking a visit , designing the kitchen to our specific requirements ,through to arranging fitting. The fitters were very professional and polite , they worked well and were very precise in work ethic.Work was completed on time and the standard shows as the kitchen is absolutely stunning. Would recommend extremely highly

A wonderful experience from choosing a new kitchen in the showroom with help and excellent advice from Natasha. Paul measuring up the kitchen, listening coming up with ideas and project managing the kitchen build. Robbie fitting the kitchen in a professional way to a very high standard. Dream doors have been really helpful and patient. I can’t thank them enough for being so understanding about my inability to make a decision and repeated changes of mind! I would recommend this company, they have a lovely product and we are very lucky to have them in Nuneaton.
