We chose Enigma because they are a local family firm with a good reputation. Elka helped us to remodel our kitchen and utility room,and nothing was too much trouble. She suggested various options until we were comfortable with the layout. As we had all new Neff appliances Elka helped us with the promotion which enabled us to recoup some costs. Dave and the other tradesmen were efficient,friendly and tidy. They turned up on time and all rubbish was taken away. 100% recommend Enigma.

Very good communication and service. Our 2nd time of using Emigma Kitchen and Bathrooms. The planning by Elka and the fitting by Dave was brilliant and just what we wanted. Everything done to a high standard and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish! Popped into the showroom and met Oliver who arranged for Elka to come out and see us. Quotes were very reasonable for two full bathroom refits, and showed Elka had listened to our needs, happy to work with us to tweak a few things and never felt pressured or rushed. We managed to get a fitting slot quickly and had the lovely Rich and Dave (super happy to have friendly work people). They were very respectful of our home and extremely tidy - cleaning up every day before they left. The finish is spot on and nothings been overlooked, both bathrooms are beautiful and have been transformed! Thank you all so much, we’d highly recommend you to everyone!

We moved home in November 2025 and the main bathroom and cloakroom in our new home were very dated and in need of major refurbishment and reconfiguration. The en-suite was in a better state but also required some attention. Having previously used Enigma to refurbish the equivalent rooms at our former home near Bridgnorth in 2020, we were keen to rely on their expertise once again. Enigma finished work on the new house on 1 March 2026 and we are delighted with the results. Elka came up with some very practical suggestions to assist us during the design phase and we were very impressed with the computer generated designs that she provided and the speed in replying to any queries that we had. Rich, who undertook the installation, has done an excellent job that he can be proud of, and was very considerate at all times whilst the work was being undertaken in our home. Well done Enigma. 13 years ago we asked Enigma Kitchens and Bathrooms from Shrewsbury to redesign and refit our kitchen. We were, and still are, delighted with the result. 7 years ago we asked Enigma to completely replace our bathroom and again we found them to be practical, imaginative and extremely efficient. So when the time came this month to completely replace our utility room we naturally turned to Enigma and it was no surprise to again be perfectly satisfied. DB (Shrewsbury)
