Enigma Kitchens & Bathrooms

We moved home in November 2025 and the main bathroom and cloakroom in our new home were very dated and in need of major refurbishment and reconfiguration. The en-suite was in a better state but also required some attention. Having previously used Enigma to refurbish the equivalent rooms at our former home near Bridgnorth in 2020, we were keen to rely on their expertise once again. Enigma finished work on the new house on 1 March 2026 and we are delighted with the results. Elka came up with some very practical suggestions to assist us during the design phase and we were very impressed with the computer generated designs that she provided and the speed in replying to any queries that we had. Rich, who undertook the installation, has done an excellent job that he can be proud of, and was very considerate at all times whilst the work was being undertaken in our home. Well done Enigma. 13 years ago we asked Enigma Kitchens and Bathrooms from Shrewsbury to redesign and refit our kitchen. We were, and still are, delighted with the result. 7 years ago we asked Enigma to completely replace our bathroom and again we found them to be practical, imaginative and extremely efficient. From Elka’s thoughtful advice in the showroom and during home visits to Richard’s amazing skills during the installation, the whole experience was excellent. We have to start off by saying that Enigma were extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish on the process of completely renovating our kitchen and family bathroom as well as downstairs w/c (not pictured) hence giving them a 5 star review. We came into the process only with a rough idea of what we wanted so Elka was instrumental in making it become a reality through her expert recommendations, don't think we could have done it without her! They organised all of the required trades people needed meaning less stress for us, and communicated all plans and decisions clearly so we knew exactly what was going on at all times. All of the work was completed to a high standard and any issues we identified were quickly resolved with no fuss. We would definitely recommend Enigma for any of your kitchen / bathroom plans, and we will be using them again in the near future.
