Evie Willow go out of their way to understand their clients in working with them to create the perfect kitchen. Our kitchen, in an old thatched cottage, was old and tired and the layout never really worked and so when the time came to replace it we knew we needed help. There are no straight lines or levels in the kitchen and it was not possible to use “off the shelf” units without lots of compromises. With this in mind, we decided to go down the bespoke route and are so glad we found Evie Willow. From day one, the design team at Evie Willow were so approachable and clearly listening to us. Instead of focussing on what we wanted in terms of fittings, appliances, and units, they took the time to understand how we wanted to use the kitchen, what aesthetic we were considering and any other functional requirements before developing designs to realise those expectations. And it was clear from the first design iteration that they had hit the nail on the head. Only when we were confident in the general design did Evie Willow focus on the detail – taps, appliances, handles, drawer and cupboard interiors, worktop finishes and paint choices. Other kitchen manufacturers we initially discussed ideas with wanted to have those ticked off at the first meeting! In this way, we could properly realise the overall vision without the distractions of detail. Evie Willow managed all the ordering, supply and delivery of the appliances and worktops. Their extensive knowledge and close working relationships with suppliers clearly works in ensuring that everything necessary was available at just the right time. Evie Willow kept us fully informed of the scheduling for the manufacture and fitting of the kitchen and hit every milestone. They put us in touch with a fantastic builder with whom they often work and who managed the various trades and completed all the work necessary before and after the kitchen fitting, including plastering and decorating, installing a new floor the electrics and plumbing. When it came to installing the kitchen, the Evie Willow fitters were perfectionists and took great care to ensure that the units fitted flawlessly in our strange shaped uneven room, scribing walls and brickwork perfectly where these joined the cabinets. No big gaps and no filler here! The quality and workmanship of the cabinetry is exceptional and provides a unique, hand-crafted look and feel to the kitchen. In short, if you are looking for a bespoke kitchen designed, made, and fitted with care and precision, then Evie Willow should certainly be on your list. Everyone was friendly but professional – the designers, surveyors, workshop team, and fitters all working together seamlessly to deliver something that will serve us for years to come and just what we wanted. We cannot thank enough everyone involved for their hard work and dedication in delivering a kitchen that complements the house and provides a functional yet comfortable space where we will spend many happy hours in the future.

We recently refurbished and we are so pleased that we chose Evie Willow to craft and design our kitchen and utility room (2024). The experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial contact, the process was seamless and each member of the team was incredibly friendly and professional. We had spoken to two other kitchen companies prior, but they did not compare to the level of service we received from Evie Willow. For me, this initial stage of pre-sale service won them the job, as I knew from these early stages that our project would be in capable and well-organised hands. Our first visit to the showroom was memorable—we were given a tour of their workshop to see exactly who would be crafting our kitchen and how it would be made. This transparency gave us full confidence in the quality of their work. The product itself is bespoke and beautifully crafted. One of the standout aspects was that they provided detailed plans, elevations, and even a visualisation upfront (no extra cost), which made it so much easier to collaborate on the design and fully understand what they could offer. This was a real bonus. The entire team at Evie Willow are experts in their field. We were particularly impressed with the owner, Dan, who we met during our first visit to the showroom. He personally came to our property to survey the space and offer invaluable insights, and was able to meet with our builder and be available for any questions that needed to be answered. Abi, our designer, guided us through the design process, offering creative technical solutions and keeping us on schedule. There were no delays at any point, and the fitting team were not only skilled but also a pleasure to have around. The attention to aftercare was wonderful, Calum was on site after the fitters had finished, to check over the completed work. The entire team takes great pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows in the final product. Our house has been completely transformed, and the outcome is truly stunning. A huge thanks to Dan, Abi, and the entire team. We highly recommend Evie Willow to anyone looking for a bespoke, high-quality kitchen that will undoubtedly last for many years. They are absolutely the right company for such an important project!

Having been really pleased with the kitchen installed by Evie Willow we asked if they could also supply some dressing room furniture for us. As with the kitchen the pre and post-sale service provided by Dan and Becky was exceptional and the furniture is beautiful. Steve and Thompson did a brilliant job in installing it so we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I project managed our house build and dealt with numerous suppliers and Evie Willow were by far the most helpful/professional company I worked with so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Evie Willow are a fantastic company. We are so thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen and utility room.
