Beautiful kitchen delivered and installed but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of having better attention to details. I can certainly recommend Andy and his services as he kept his word and delivered everything that we agreed to. Therefore addressing any issues after the kitchen have been installed was a bit of pain and felt like Andy took it all too personal and was not very responsive and keen to resolve it in the 1st place hence it’s 4 stars not 5.

We approached Andy at F & D with a request for a bespoke TV Wall Unit, if I'm honest we were a little wishy washy in terms of our brief but knew we wanted something that would act as a feature piece in our living room. Andy has been great throughout this project, from conception he was hands on with helping us develop the product, he brought suggestions to the table and gave us an array of options, he drew up the design we landed on and upon instruction ordered in the materials. We were kept up-to-date throughout the delivery period with ETA. Upon installation day Andy popped along with F & D's fitter to ensure the brief was understood and correct. The finished product is better than expected; its high quality, modern, slick and no more wires! Thank you to the gents at F & D, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We used F&D kitchens because of numerous recommendations from friends. Andy was very helpful and easy to deal with through the design and installation of our kitchen. What impressed us most was, we were able to go to the F&D showroom and look at the various displays and appliances which immediately gave us ideas for our kitchens. We never felt rushed at all by Andy during our visit and over a couple of days of designing and tweaking, we ended up with an amazing kitchen which we love. The build quality of the units is second to none and the installation was professional and hassle free. We did have an issue with a faulty NEF washing machine, but within a couple of days we had a brand new one installed. So far our kitchen and appliances have performed brilliantly and I cannot speak highly enough of the team at F&D. I have recommended F&D to a few other people who have since had their kitchens installed and I know they feel the same. Top job F&D 👏

Should of done this two years ago - good space generation, quality fittings and installation. now just need to learn to cook Service from F&D was professional, on schedule and well worth the expense

Good at the sales process and pre-purchase advice. However once fitted we had issues that required replacement - even those replacements were faulty. F&D did not want to know despite numerous messages and calls. Mediocre customer service at best - would I recommend, sadly not! We had to arrange for a private kitchen fitter to undertake the remedial works required.
