Firenza Ltd Kitchens Bedrooms and Bathrooms Showroom

We are extremely pleased that we chose Firenza for the redesign and build of our new kitchen and utility room. Their design input, installation and broader customer service has all been first class. You are never sure when you enter a relationship with a firm whether you are going to obtain the expertise, support and quality of product you want, but with Firenza we need not have worried. We wanted every aspect to be right, rather than be rushed and both Andy and Kathryn were consistently on hand to provide ideas, encourage our own research and demonstrate different options in the show room. Similarly, when we had reached the final design stage and chosen materials, Jerry and his team were then first class with the installation. Whilst we went through several weeks of upheaval, the guys were superb; cheerful, polite, timely and tidy! Jerry also kept us completely up to speed with progress, issues and next steps. Additionally, we can't fault the extra effort put in when any problems were encountered. To conclude, we would have no hesitation in using Firenza again for any future projects.

Great experience all the way through the process of renovating our bathroom from initial contact to completion of the job. Andy & team were very accommodating and nothing was too much of a challenge. Aaron was on site every day from 8AM, and did a great job over the 2 weeks he was there. Carpets were protected from day 1 and everything was left clean/tidy at the end of each day. Impressed with Aaron's attention to detail and the quality of the finish. Really happy with the end result, and will definitely have them back again for future projects.

I would like to record my thanks, and great appreciation of the way in which you and your team carried out the refurbishment of our bathroom late last year. The efficiency of your colleagues, attention to detail, professional installation, and quality products have combined to result in a room we can all be proud of. But in addition, I would like to thank you very much for the assistance you gave in helping us to deal with an unrelated plumbing problem, when we were away on holiday, and not on the spot to deal with it ourselves. This is truly going one step further for your customers, despite the issue having nothing to do with the work you had carried out. We used Firenza to refit my mums kitchen, as we wanted a caring, understanding, local company to carry out the work as quickly and stress free as possible. Firenza provided a good product but totally failed on delivering the service they originally promised (and charge for). Worktops were delayed (even though they were selected months prior), specially chosen cupboards were not installed and all the packaging was left for my mum to clear up/dispose of. It took a phone call complaining, for the kitchen to get finished. When we received the final bill they had actually charged for electrical work that was never carried out.....
