We have been so impressed with the whole experience with German Kitchen Outlet. Sara was great with the whole design process, providing solutions to lots of our queries and being so accommodating to all our small changes. When we had a few issues with delivery, they were very quick to resolve and communication was great. Now the kitchen is fitted you can tell it's very high quality and a well thought out design. Would definitely recommend them for both the design process and the overall kitchen quality

We spent almost a year planning our kitchen. We first visited the Greenhill showroom with a set of plans for our new extension. Claire was so patient and helped us every step of the way. If she wasn't available Sara or James would step in. They were even willing to offer advice to our fitter. We're so pleased with the service and product. Our kitchen looks fantastic. Buying my kitchen has been an absolutely brilliant experience. Claire Moore has been outstanding throughout the entire process — incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible. Her design ideas were creative and refreshing, really thinking outside the norm to make the most of the space. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and quick responses to any queries or questions I had. The quality of the kitchen itself is fabulous — every detail feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished. I love everything about it.

Excellent design consultant, who really went the extra mile. Claire spent hours with me, often going over the same thing to reassure me. Her colleague Sara often pitched in to assist in the process. I can’t speak highly enough of them. The kitchen fitter from the same company, KIERAN, was also amazing-very thorough indeed and quite a perfectionist. I have no hesitation in going to the German kitchen outlet, not only for design foot fitting. Despite a few teething issues, the company have been on it and keen to assist to sort any problem. Claire was an absolute star to work with for almost 1 year as she helped us from the initial concept to the final design of our kitchen/ utility space. With many changes along the way, Claire was always there with flexible solutions as our extension construction progressed. Nigel, and the installation team worked diligently, pre-checking the space during construction, and completing the finished package in a clean, timely manner. Now complete, we are pleased with every aspect of the product and more importantly, the team that made this all come together. A huge Thank You to Claire and the whole Team.
