We had a new kitchen fitted at the beginning of 2023, which transformed our space. The Caitlin and Danny listened to our wish list and incorporated them in the design. The work extended beyond the kitchen area and the quality of the work exceptional. We recently had a minor glitch with our hob extract ductwork. The problem was solved quickly by Danny.

We have just finished the design and order of our new kitchen and this was the only place where all our design wishes were taken into account and executed to budget. Caitlin was exceptionally good and where other designs featured an island we quickly realised when we saw her design that they would make the kitchen feel too narrow and difficult to work when opening drawers etc. Importantly at no point were any other companies spoken of disparagingly, they simply let the quality of their designs and product speak for itself. When it came to the inevitable compromises we had to make very few and we were guided carefully through those options. On our first visit they had a customer who had been so pleased that they had had their utility room then supplied and were now looking at matching further room furniture in. I guess a three time repeat customer really says it all.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. We bought our house on seeing the potential at the back to knock a wall down to make space for a large kitchen opening into the garden. Having the right kitchen in this space was hugely important to us. From start to finish, our experience with the whole team at German Kitchens Cardiff has been fantastic. The design is innovative, and makes excellent use of the whole space, which is exactly what we hoped for as we had been going round in circles wondering what to do. We had visited many kitchen shops and designers, but as soon as we saw Caitlin’s design we knew this was the one. Caitlin and Danny were incredibly patient, guiding us through multiple changes and wobbles and always listening to our ideas. The whole team was very friendly, helpful, and responsive — being a local shop meant our questions were answered quickly, which made the whole process so much easier. The kitchen itself is of excellent quality, thoughtfully designed, and a joy to work in. It’s not just very practical but also stunning! The renders were great and allowed us to see what it would look like (updated with every change - sorry!) and they were so true to what we now have. The service and fitting were both excellent. Everything was handled in-house, and during the fitting Danny coordinated with our own builders, plumbers and electricians for a seamless fit. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and would recommend German Kitchens Cardiff to anyone looking for a kitchen that combines beautiful design with excellent quality and great service. German Kitchens Cardiff (formerly Artisan Kitchens) have now completed the kitchen, pantry and utility room of our new build. We first met Caitlin 3 years ago when she designed the kitchen. Her design skills on the computer are fantastic and the virtual picture we had of our kitchen, inspired us to keep going through the build. The end result is almost exactly like the virtual. This week Danny and Joel were back to do the utility room and they have done a fantastic job. This was a less straight forward room and they took time to get all the fiddly bits right - without complaint!. I really couldn't recommend the whole team more if you are looking for good kitchen design and fitting and a Schuller kitchen.
