Very quick response, was able to come in person within a couple of days, assess the job and give me a detailed estimate that was well priced. I’m a landlord and Neil communicated often with both me and my tenant. It was reassuring to know he was on top of things and he sent me lots of photos along the way to show the progress from before to after. We are delighted with our very luxurious shower room. We wanted to change the bath for a walk in shower for easier accessibility. Neil discussed our requirements and ideas then drew up the design. He listened to what we wanted but used his skills and experience to guide us to a fantastic design. Neil carried out all the work himself from stripping out the bathroom, plumbing, tiling, painting and joinery. He has a very approachable and easy manner. He was professional throughout the job, cleaning up every day as he went along. So much so we added another project and he tiled the kitchen too! We would highly recommend Neil to carry out all manner of projects as we found he could turn his hand to anything and did a number of odd jobs for us. Our shower room and kitchen have been widely admired by family and friends and we are thrilled.

I was firstly introduced to Neil when he came to my house to build a cabinet of storage shelves I had bought from IKEA when I was let down by someone else and I am so very happy the first person cancelled. Since then Neil has refurbished my dining room, decluttered my kitchen, refurbished my family sitting area in the kitchen and refurbished my hallway, stairs and turned my third bedroom into an office with a full length worktop with box storage underneath, led lighting and metal shelving above. He has also just transformed my garden with a complete refurbishment and water feature with plants, raised flower bed which is amazing as it is now at waist height with new coloured spot lights which I love and he built my new shed and Arbour and lay s new decking area and lifted my steps and re-laid them. He also completely cleared out my garage and I have never encountered any worker who works as hard as Neil. Neil is an amazing interior designer with fabulous ideas. He can look at an area or a wall both inside and outside and immediately come up with suggestions to change it completely. He has an eye for style, colour and design. He is such a hard worker and cleans up after himself. I would very highly recommend Neil to everyone and I am so happy the other flat pack builder cancelled on me or I would never have met Neil and now I am so so happy I did
