Mumtaz Biryani Mahal! Stumbled across this place on UberEats on a Sunday evening as was looking for something a bit different to my usual go to and it did not disappoint! Ghost x Kitchens seems an excellent concept and something I never knew existed living just outside of Manchester. I was apprehensive at first as could not really find any details of the vendor and there was only a handful of reviews on UberEats. The food arrived piping hot and well packaged and was extremely tasty. The efficiency was slick so the driver must have been able to gain easy access in and out with no delays. I would definitely use these facilities again for food and would like to see which other vendors are operating from there and their menus? I would also like to commend how the food was packaged and sealed shut for security. Overall an excellent experience from this establishment and Mumtaz Biryani Mahal!

This "Ghost x Kitchens" virtual food court truly captures the essence of Hong Kong street food! It's like an online replica of Kwai Chung Plaza, blending international flavors with authentic local fare.
Here, you can find the most quintessential Hong Kong street food, with that alluring blend of charred aroma and juicy gravy, delivered to your door with just a tap of your phone. It also incorporates elements of Japanese snacks beloved by young people, offering a diverse selection.
Most exciting, of course, are the signature Hong Kong street food staples: chewy, flavorful fish balls and steaming hot siu mai, each bite brimming with Hong Kong-inspired memories. This "multi-brand, multi-national" operating model perfectly replicates the lively, diverse, and affordable dining atmosphere of Kwai Chung Plaza. Experience Hong Kong's unique street food culture without leaving your home, truly realizing the promise of an "international city on your tongue"!

I’m surprised to see the variety of food available at a very reasonable price; plenty of parking space available. However, this place is so popular and parking could be competitive.

5 stars for roast duck / char Siu rice , really delicious taste like Hong Kong with just £10 ! Don’t miss it I believe even local people will love it.
Meanwhile another one from Good Good taste made us disappointed . They opened at 12:30 and famous for set menu£6.50 which is a bargain , with a choice of instant noodle plus fired eggs / ham and toast .after placing order we waited for 90mins until every dish served 😞 I know they’ve got only 2 staff to make everything happen but really unacceptable for such simple food ? Or consider to reduce the choice on menu ? Hope to try other booth next time though .

It's a food court setting where you order food for dine in/takeaway. There are different cuisine but my fav is the Hong Kong ones. Cheap, tasty and authentic.
Dine in is not recommended for the weekend as there are not many seats for dine in
