Be respectful. A busy catering establishment. But also fantastic food.

I had heard a lot about this place being a popular spot, so I wanted to check it out when I visit Manchester. However, I ended up leaving after just 10 minutes. I originally thought it was going to be a typical food court where you can wander around, look at options, and order whatever you like. In reality, it’s around 30 individual kitchens primarily geared toward preparing food for Uber Eats and other delivery drivers. There’s very limited space to actually sit down and eat inside, and almost no clear information for walk-in customers looking to order on the spot. If you already know the specific food brand you want to visit or pick up from, it’s completely fine. But as a casual tourist or someone looking for a traditional dining/food court experience, I really don't think it's worth making the trip.

Limited car parking but street outside can park. Loads of asia food from Thai to Hk, india Very good price but environment don’t expect too much… Bring your own tissue to toilet

Mumtaz Biryani Mahal! Stumbled across this place on UberEats on a Sunday evening as was looking for something a bit different to my usual go to and it did not disappoint! Ghost x Kitchens seems an excellent concept and something I never knew existed living just outside of Manchester. I was apprehensive at first as could not really find any details of the vendor and there was only a handful of reviews on UberEats. The food arrived piping hot and well packaged and was extremely tasty. The efficiency was slick so the driver must have been able to gain easy access in and out with no delays. I would definitely use these facilities again for food and would like to see which other vendors are operating from there and their menus? I would also like to commend how the food was packaged and sealed shut for security. Overall an excellent experience from this establishment and Mumtaz Biryani Mahal!
